I ordered a tire on March 31, 2021(Wednesday). I immediately received an order confirmation. About 2 hours later I received an email saying the tire shipped, and got a tracking number from fed ex. The delivery was showing for Friday. Friday came and went, no tire. 7 days after ordering tire I got a call/text from "John" stating the tire I ordered was not in stock (it took a week to figure this out)?? He stated he would ship another brand (slightly more expensive) at no extra charge, and it would go out the next day. I approved. 6 days go by and and get on their online chat, and ask for an update. I get no response but a few minutes later I get an email saying they are now processing my order. Several more days, I ask for an update, I get a tracking number, no greetings, no apologies nothing. It's been about another week since I got the "update" and fed ex still has not received my tire to ship. They will not answer the phone, email, text or chat now. Imagine that! I have filed theft/fraud charges...so hopefully these people will get caught for scamming so many people! I was in a hurry when ordering my tire, and failed to check reviews...shame on me.

As the other reviews here say, this place is a scam. They don’t have any tires in a warehouse. They try to find some after you place an order. If they can find them, they might ship them. They will end up being old (hard rubber - little useful life remaining), the wrong size, or even used. They’ll give you a FedEx tracking number, which they generate, but that doesn’t mean they have your tires. When the tires don’t show up, they blame it on FedEx losing tires that FedEx never even had because OnlineTires never had them to give to FedEx. Don’t waste your time or money on this scam. Esch time I called to ask where my tires were, I got a different story.

I ordered 4 tires with Online Tires, they came uncovered, in a very bad shape, and obviously looked to be either in their store or in the production company for years and tossed around. I received 3 of them together, and the last one one week after. Installing them on my car looked a great mistake. So, I called the company and requested a return label, but they refused to do so, if I do not pay for the shipment myself, though their salesperson, Chris, told me on the phone when I ordered the tires with him that the return will be free if there would be any problems. The tires are still with me with no solution in sight. Do not buy anything from this company, and I regret not thinking about searching about the business integrity level of this company before ordering tires from them. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM, I REPEAT DO NOT!!!!! this is the most ridiculous place to buy a tire, I purchased 4 brand new tires from them, they sent 1, then after a week they sent another one which is a USED tire with wrong size, they asked me to return it to them and I did. 2 days later I got another one from FedEx, just today they said one of the tires was lost by FedEx {they lied on FedEx].
I called and called and called only for their rude rep DAVID to place me on 30 mins hold, no talking nothing.... when he came back I asked for a supervisor, he hang up.
I called again severally, unfortunately I got the rep again {I recognized him by his voice} he denied ever hanging up, I told him I am recording the call, that is when he allowed me speak to a sup. Supervisor now said they do not have any of the brand i ordered for anymore, so I have to send the 2 I have now back to them so they can send a NEW set of 4 to me, it has been 3 weeks imagine still no solution in sight.
NEVER EVER BUY A THING FROM THESE FOLKS, they lie a lot.
I have reported them to PayPal to get my refund.

Buy at your own risk,I have been getting the run around for 2 almost 3 weeks about a refund, I was told that the tires I ordered was on back order and would be refunded my money, no communication and no refund a week later, they make empty promises I still have not received what I paid for, I will never order from this place again, I should have read the reviews before ordering, big mistake, they SOUND REALLY NICE UNTIL YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENT AND THEN IT IS DOWNHILL FROM THERE, PLEASE BE AWARE BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!

Do not repeat my mistake and buy from OnlineTires.com. Terrible customer service and their agents do not speak or understand English well. They sent the wrong tires and trying to return them is a huge hassle. I had open a dispute with my credit card company. Trying to save a few bucks on tires was not worth it. Worse experience ever, avoid like the plague.

Horrible customer service. Has the option to price match and when I provided them a link/store to price match and they then emailed me saying they can price match and give me additional 5% off . I called the sales rep she told me they will not be price matching, but will give me a special code to get a big discount. Sales rep then requested me to say that she is beautiful in tagalog before she will provide me a code . Entered the code to get 5% off (they had a different code on their website for 5% off already).
If you are reading this "RACHEL", I hope having to call you beautiful makes your horrible day at the crappy company you work at, better.

Place and order on Feb 9 (Tuesday) with Christopher. At the beginning was professional and promising that my tire was arriving within 3 business day (Friday) but had to reach customer service next day for tracking number and realize delivery was until February 15 (Monday). Stop processing orders without warranty of delivery time, stop playing with customers who depended from car parts. Not only they ship the order via FedEx Home where they save money and delay time to consumers but MISS spell my last name on the order ( If the fedex driver decides to ask for ID I am 100% f#&! up) Not cool.

I ordered a tire thru Walmart and it went to Online Tires. The same day I ordered it I cancelled. They said it was already tagged and was being sent. I received and called Online Tires. The tire cost 128.00 and I was told I would receive only 40.00 back. What fraud. I will be contacting Walmart so they will know what kind of company they are dealing with.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I’ve been getting the run around for weeks. Tires were never received. I’ve been in touch with FedEx and they are lost. Was told to have shipper file a claim. Numerous calls over the past two weeks being told every day that they have to file a claim with FedEx and that needs to be closed before a refund can be issued but a claim has never been filed. Called again today and was told they would issue a refund and I would get email confirmation in 20 minutes. Mind you they’ve said this each and every time I call. Total scam.

SLOW SLOW SLOW Although it doesn't say anywhere, onlinetires.com sells OLD STOCK tires. They find companies looking to get rid of old tires, and they buy at a discount and forward some of that on to you. The problem is they have to track down the tires, and inventories are often not correct. My order of 4 tires had a two day wait until they shipped. FEDEX had 4 tracking numbers, but only 3 tires made it. FEDEX didn't lose the tire, it was never shipped. It took 8 calls to their customer service over a two month period to get the last tire. On my last call, I threatened to get a chargeback from my credit card company. That's the only reason they finally shipped the tire. The first three tires were all two years old, and the last tire was just under two years old. The tires are cheap, but there is a reason. Want no hassle, order from pretty much any other tire vendor. You get what you pay for. I paid 163.53 for a tire that was 225 on tirerack.

I was scared before I purchased. I got my orders. I cant beleive that 225 50 R17. I got Goodyear for 75 dollars each. Unblieveble price. Tires are from this year (2020) They are not old. Thanks a lot. Only problem is very hard to contact with costumer care. It takes 20 min.

I ordered some tires for my truck off this site without reading reviews. After not getting any communication from them after 2 emails, I looked up reviews and was very concerned. Some customers saying they received tracking info but nothing ever showed up etc. Its been about 4 days since I ordered them and lo and behold FedEx just dropped off 4 tires, exactly as ordered. I am happy, to say the least, that I'm not out $500, but I doubt I will ever order from them again. After reading other reviews, I feel I may have gotten lucky. I just don't understand how a company can do business like this. I'm just glad I got my tires and for a great price.

Order from here on your own risk. I order here and fedex lost one tire. Ive called more than 6 times in the past few weeks to be told they are sending me a new tire everytime, they say they will email me the new tracking. Not one email,,, nothing but lies....had they been honest I would of dealt with the inconvenience and in fairness another order did come with no issues. Its if you have a issue, you screwed!!

This company are rubbish tell you they have the tires in stock so you pay for them then you don't get them and trying to get your money back is hard very hard luckily I paid with American Express so they will get it back.
Use someone else for your tires.

I read bad reviews but had already ordered. So I called because I was going to try to cancel the order I got a rep right away, and they assured all was well. I got a Fedex shipping tracker the next day and the 3rd day they arrived. The exact/correct tire and saved $40 per tire.

2 of my tires got lost in shipping via Fedex. Called to let them know what happened and they told me they would process the refund. That was 3 weeks ago and still no refund.

don't be a fool with the cheap price. Its online scam, I place order online and got confirmation with a FedEx tracking. but they package never left their office, its a fake tracking #. after 5 days I called in but no one answer. I called multiple times. I have sent email but no response back. No one is available to cancel my order or to track my order.
