A predestined carpet
Found the carpet / webshop via Google, clicked through, looked to some carpets and then I saw that they are located close to my hometown. The next day I drove there without reporting it, walked into the shop / showroom. And belief it or not: the carpet I wanted most was there, at the entrance, on top of a pile. So weird! So it was clearly meant for me (: The employees helped me very well and I went home (still amazed about what happend) with the carpet. This sounds like a bad sales pitch but it is what it is. And every day I still enjoy the carpet.

Easy to order, ”see this in my room” helped to visualize how the rug would fit/look in the room. Competitive prices. Delivery (to Finland) was faster than expected. Great service overall! I am very happy with my Louis de Poortere rugs! Highly recommend!

Some delays in the delivery as Covid obviously impacts shipping times globally, but the order process was fast and the product was very well packaged and protected. The carpet is beautiful and matched the product on the site. I'll happily return as a customer for future purchases.

I ordered the carpet Kelapa blush from Harlekin, and it is beautiful, the colors are as expected and shown in the photos. Feels nice under bare feet and no odor emitting.
There was a mix up with delivery country, so my carpet is well traveled, but onlinetapijten took care of it. Something like this can happen and not worth being upset about.

Very pleased with my beautiful rugs! Staff in the shop gave lots of explanations and advice, and helped me find the sizes I needed. They even phoned me after hours to set a deliverty time. Delivery and installation were also impeccable. The delivery person was also very efficient and helpful, even advising me to return one of the anti-slip underlays I had bought because it wasn't necessary.
