1. Our products arrive completly damaged, barely anything is usable, scratches, footprints, dirt, damaged pages etc.
2. Prices may seem cheap at a start but it turns out to be very expencive since you anyways have to reprint it all with a more reputable printing company.
3. Colors are incredibly low quality.

I was ordering flyers with print on only one side, but ordered two sided by the mistake. It's not a problem, as I upload the file just for one side, so it will come as I wanted. Just, I have to pay for two-sided anyway. And they dont give me back the difference.

Since I am going to start an apprenticeship as a programmer this summer, I had the idea to design a business card. Online Printers has a very large selection of papers and products. Almost too much :), which is why I turned to the very friendly chat support, which helped me very quickly to make the right decision. The file upload is very easy and you will be informed automatically if there is a gross error in the print data. I chose 500 one-sided business cards. The production and shipping was really fast. Being my first business cards, I was very excited when the package arrived. And I was not disappointed :) . On the one hand I like my design very much and on the other hand the print quality is very good. My photo and also the writing are looking very sharp and the colors are really nice, matte and natural. The feel is very good, or the surface is very nice smooth and the paper feels very classy, ​​because it is quite thick. The paper is very stable, which means that the business cards are very sturdy. Only the bundling of business cards was not so convenient.

I have used online printers for years and unreservedly recommend them. The products are excellent, and turnaround time is very good. 10/10

Sometimes great print, but too often bad. Unfortenately I can´t trust the quality and too many times I have recieved bad prints that I can´t use. Too much money is wasted and you seldom recieve any refunds.
They are too unreliable. That´s a shame because they have a lot of products to choose from.

Find Online Printers so easy to use.
Use them for all my flyers and posters.

The printing is always timely and of a very good quality, and when there have been any problems the response has been rapid and positive.

We ordered two horizontal banners for a trade fair that we were sponsoring - very high profile for us. One was just fine but the other was of poor quality (misalignment problems). Onlineprinters offered us a free reprint but we obviously did not have a product banner for our trade fair. Please pay closer attention to the QC before shipping. This could have been easily caught and reprinted in a timely way...

Careless people, careless company, careless costumer support. Got the wrong indications from Client Support and sent my files according to their instructions, after reading all the documentation and having confirmed my design with the guy on the phone that was telling me... YES, THAT´S EXACTLY HOW YOU HAVE TO HAND IT TO US.
Now all I am left with is a bunch of flyers I can not hand to my client and a BIG BOLD... UPS! IT MUST HAVE BEEN YOUR FAULT! from the Client Support people with no further explanations whatsoever. Filing a claim it´s just as useless and hopeless as I could have never imagined. Thanks for making my costumer experience miserable.

I paid express shipping and expected to recieve my percel in 3 days but it took a whole week and I don't see what I paid Express shipping for ! DPD sucks you change it to DHL or postnord instead

Always on time and the quality is exactly as per sample box that they send us to show different paper weights.

Worst product and service ever!
Received 500 blank transparent stickers with the answer: "Please note information form the product page that white cannot be printed on a transparent sticker material"........
