Excellent service. Kept me up to date everyday on the status of my purchase. Arrived when they said it would.
Only 1 issue when I went to get a second lamp they were out of stock for the next 7 weeks.

Great customer service
I ordered online on a Friday afternoon but then rang them about 4.30 to make sure my items would arrive for the date my electrician was due. A very helpful, pleasant man on the phone checked my order and said he would ensure it got out. on Monday. My items arrived very well packaged on the Weds. Very pleased with the service. Thanks very much to the helpful person who answered my call.
