Not possible to return product to uk .and the worst support team, invoice in bad quality and hardly any information.

I have received a tracking number for my purchases from onlinegolf. But the tracking number shows that the goods were sent back to onlinegolf due to customs.
I can not contact them and what should happen now

Doesn’t anwser e-mails

I received some golfshoes for Christmas gift that didn’t fit. There wasn’t any postal return label included or a return formula on their website, so I sent them an e-mail. After 3 weeks and a couple og resend e-mail, I stil haven’t heart anything.

I try to contact them on Facebook, where I got an anwser the day after. THEY DON’T OFFER A RETURN LABEL! I have never heart of an online company that doesn’t offer return labels for their customer. Stil fair if the cost is on me, but now as a privat customer, I have to pay half of the price for the product, just to return the parcel. Not gonna happen. Total waste of your money.

And you still haven’t anesered my e-mail...

Since the package has never left the…

Since the package has never left the UK, I can not see why I should wait to get my money until you have received the package back, it is not my fault. Give me my money and take this up with DPD!!!

Good delivery time, price and quality

This is the Danish website for same company as OnlineGolf.co.uk which has mixed reviews. My personal experience has been very good. I ordered a set of irons that were delivered quickly with no problems. A week later I also ordered shoes and golf pants, which also arrived quickly with no problems. They ship in collaboration with postnord and you can track your order on the postnord app or via a link you'll get in your email inbox. The goods were exactly as on the website and the deals were very good. From other reviews I have read if there is a problem with the order customer service might not be so good, but for me there have been no problems with my orders. I would recommend them if you are price conscience as they are much cheaper than the golf stores in Denmark.
