Slow support on weekend

Had an issue with a stuck withdrawal on Saturday and nobody from support answered for like two hours. Live chat said “queue is long”. If they want people to play on weekends, they should at least staff the chat.

Lag on big wins animation

Ironically, when I finally hit a decent win, the animation lagged and almost crashed my browser. Killed the excitement.

Banners cover game area

Promotional banners sometimes pop up over the actual game screen. I clicked a bonus by accident that way. Very sneaky design.

Boring design, cold feeling

Something about the color scheme and layout just makes the whole thing feel lifeless. No charm at all. I lasted maybe 40 minutes before getting bored and closing it, even though I still had balance left.
