I have received 1 less item so I tried to reach them by phone call and WhatsApp but never been through. They never read msg nor answer the phone. I don't know how many times I rang, also various time. I can't even ask them for refund. So so disappointed.
They don't deserve a star....
I have ordered 750l soil, and I received 500kg (which I believe was less)
When I called them , they said the bag is 750l but the weight is 500kg.
I wouldn't recommend them ....
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY! they’re scammers, take your money and then as soon as it clears with their they block you on email which is the only form of communication, I’m currently waiting for £600 to be refunded to me from the company which I doubt I will get, my bank blocked my bank card after the transaction and I’m awaiting a new card now, so very inconvenient but hopefully my bank will refund the money.

Fast service response, the plants are quite good even not special, but worth the price, after some days,now the plant already better and cure from fungus.
