AWESOME!

I needed a last-minute passport after my Dad passed away and I needed to take his place on a trip to Jamaica. Not only was the process laid out into easy-to-understand steps but my passport came in less time than stated! It was supposed to be a 6-week delivery but I received it in a little over 4 weeks! Can't recommend this place enough!

I gave 5 stars, what would you have given ?

I gave 5 stars but do not know if I should give a 3, a 4 or a 5. Please find details below and judge for yourself, I gave you my take at end:

0. Today is 11/08/2021 and I need to travel on 12/11/2021, I am thinking about 1week,2weeks,6weeks service.

1. Bought the 14 day service (nice customer support, helped me fill out everything correctly, important or you may have to restart the process)

2. Fedexed on 11/09/2021

3. Expeditors received my application on 11/10/2021

4. Government received my application on 11/22/2021

5. I received my passport on 11/30/2021

So from Nov 10 to Nov 30 (not counting 10th) the process took 21 calendar days. It took expeditors 8 business days to review my application (it is not that complex). I paid for 14 days, process took 20 days, one might say I did not get what I paid for. On the other hand, these companies must prioritize. If there were lots of 1week orders, they can choose to delay my 2week processing by a week, given that they ask and KNOW when mine, and every other applicant's travel date is (you have to disclose that info). It is ok to delay my application a week since I travel 32 days from time of mailing my application (give or take a day). In fact, these companies should share, among each other, everyone's travel date to provide best solution, on average, for everyone. Therefore I cannot fault them for delaying my application a little, had I traveled within 3 weeks, they may have processed me strictly in two weeks. Also, I expected some delay because strict covid-19 restrictions just got lifted on 11/08/2021, and given we are near holidays, perhaps more people wanted to travel (people like me who delayed renewing their passport due to covid). So I gave them 5 stars, the benefit of the doubt, you may have evaluated differently in my case.

Update: The company has responded that the '2 weeks service' implies 14 BUSINESS days, not 14 days of calendar days, and thus my turn-around time was 13 business days. Obviously I had overlooked this very important detail (perhaps the company could strongly or repeatedly emphasize this fact in the description for the slower ones like myself :) and they deserve 5 stars ! My apologies.

Truly impresssed

I was very hesitant that I would actually get my renewed passport in two weeks, but I overnighted my documents on 10/22/2021 and received my renewed passport back 11/8/2022. Once I submitted my online application, someone called to walk me through what all I needed send in with the overnight package. I did try to call back once and the phone was never answered and the email updates come from a no reply email. That made me a little nervous, but in the end beyond thrilled with the results.

I take my hat off to this company

I take my hat off to this company, passport came exactly 6 weeks like was stated , I was updated threw text email and the website. I WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER awesome customer service. Sent in my my packet the Aug. 7. Reached gov the 16th and got passport Sept. 17 6 weeks exact. I'm leaving this American he'll whole and never coming back Good luck people. use this service IT WORKS.

Prepare to have your money stolen if…

Prepare to have your money stolen if you don't complete their process within their set time limit. Three hours on the phone to be told they are denying me a refund. THEFT!

Well worth their fee!

I got excellent service. I was informed at every stage of the process, from the receipt of my paperwork to it being mailed to the government to their receipt of the application and when my passport was put in the mail to me. The process took a total of 6 weeks and I have my passport. I'm relieved and pleased.

I got my passport on time but......

I got my passport on time but I would like to point out a few misleading details.
1 - The communication that you provided is nowhere near what you say you will do. The last update I got on my order was on Aug 12 after I reached out to customer service directly. I enend up tracking the process on my own and good thing I did because I was never notified that my passport was being shipped to me. (What if I wasn't home)
2 - Doesn't matter if I was home or not for the delivery because they shipped it to my billing address and not my shipping address.

The one good thing I will say is they made it easy to fill out the forms but I feel like I could have also done that myself and saved $200

You should have received several notifications right up to the moment the DOS started processing your documents on 08/05/21. Once the DOS is in possession of your documents, they do not provide us further details until they have shipped your passport. That is the reason you hadn't received any updates beyond 08/05. In regards to where your passport was shipped, it was shipped to the mailing address on your application.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. Ive been waiting for my passport for 3 months and I paid for 6 week expedited service. Very unprofessional and rude employees and long wait and hold time on the phone!

You want a refund on an order that is 2 years old, our refund policy is generally within 3 business days to request a refund. Having an order for almost 2 years and then requesting a refund is unfortunately well beyond our policy.

Very misleading and upsetting

Very misleading and upsetting! I've called for a week to get a refund on a order that a representative claimed I would be able to get a refund on. The manager refused to give me a refund because I ordered the services a while back and $230 have been thrown in the trash because that is what this company is at this point! On top of the rude response's and robbery of your money you are placed on hold for 30-40 min at a time and the manager took 5 days just to call me back. I am furious at the bad customer service and my money being taken like this. I hope this company will be out of service. I will continue to report this company and follow up!

DO NOT USE THESE SEVICES!!!!! NOT ONLY ARE THEY CHAGING YOU A LARGE SUM OF MONEY FOR A PASSPORT THAT WILL COME LATER THAN THE DATE YOU PAID FOR BUT THEY ALSO DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. I HAD TWO ORDERS, THE FIRST ORDER WAS WEEKS LATER THAN EXPECTED. I COULD HAVE WENT TO A REGULAR PASSPORT AGENCY AND GOT MY PASSPORT FASTER. MY SECOND ORDER WAS NOT USED AND THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR BS POLICY. THEY SUGGESTED THAT I GIVE THE SERVICES TO FAMILY. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS AND REPORT THIS BUISNESS ANY FURTHER I WOULD. THEY ARE A SCAM AND THE PASSPORT AGENCIES ARE ALSO NOT ACCEPTING THIRD PARTIES. YOUR BETTER OFF GOING THROUGH THE STATE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.

Fulfilled their service exceptionally well

Signed paperwork at 7 july. Got to government 17th july. Received my passport august 7(much faster than the 4-12 weeks expedited is reported by the government officials!)
my details:
For promptness sake I'll say there was an important family vacation planned. We had gotten tickets when I realized my passport was lost. I gave up looking for it and began searching online on July 7 intent on getting a passport before my August 13 plane ticket. The process was very streamlined. The only issue was that when selecting an office (post office/county clerk) to affirm your documents, you are not told if those places are by appointment only and how long it will take to get an appointment.
By the time you finish(and pay) for your OnlineExpeditors service, you are bound to send your(county clerk approved) documents the next day by 4:00 pm.
I had to make calls to the downtown office and found I had to drive an hour and a half to a clerk that would accept walk-ins(all other offices were booked for months). This way I was able to send the documents by 4:00pm the next day.
They ask you to provide two copies of your documents, one for the sealed and stamped envelope produced by the official office and a second set to go on the outside of that in the fedex package for the folks who handle it to see. I included a copy of my plane ticket by advice of the county clerk though not mentioned by OnlineExpeditors.
Their tracking system was very good at keeping me updated through the various steps of progress. There was a limbo period where it was in the government registry but all the phone lines for additional information were dead.
Probably shouldn't expect it in 3 days, but they definitely beat the 4 week minimum from receiving it at government august 17.
I also sent a couple emails to the government offices explaining my situation with my passport registration number and that may or may not have had any influence.
I am extremely happy with this company and would recommend it to people who wish/ need to cut down on the 4-12 weeks of regular service via directly sending it to the government.
I believe they do something special to streamline and prioritize the process an am extremely satisfied.

Just came from Post office

Just came from Post office. Was required to pay the same fee there. Tried calling several times for a refund. Nobody answers. Order number GW-FDD60F10E. I would like a refund please.

Not a Scam but Misleading.

I lost my passport after booking a trip to the Bahamas and went on every expeditor page I could find and Online Expeditors was the only service that offered a "rush" for lost/stolen passport right now where all other sites say only renewals or new applications are being processed by 3rd party services. I called in and waited 45 min to speak with someone to confirm this and I was told that they can in fact do it. When I called to set an appointment with USPS (nothing for 3 weeks in my area) they told me without an official letter of authorization, I was misled into thinking Online Expeditors was actually offering something special or a true rush service whereas during this time they are not able to because of Covid. They are simply giving you an easy platform to complete your forms then acting as a middle man to ship off your documents. I have requested a full refund as this was not clear to me and I can complete this process on my own with no added benefit of using Onlineexpeditors.

Company isn't a scam, but the service I chose was

This company should only be offering passport renewals right now, because the US government isn't accepting new passport applications from third-party couriers. When I went to the acceptance facility, the worker there told me that letters of authorization are currently not allowed due to the pandemic (which explains why it was impossible to find this document on onlineexpeditors.com). Basically, this company engaged in false advertisement.
I'm giving them 2 stars though because they promised a full refund.

That is actually not true, as we have been allowed to present sealed documents at the Passport Agency on behalf of customers. Information is trickling out and that Post Office was not shared accurate information. So sorry and we will take care of the refund.
