Bad customer service. I asked several questions and no one ever gave me an answer. I tried to cancel the order and explained my circumstances and that was refused. Would never use them again and certainly would not recommend to any one.

Pros and cons
Pros. Very easy to navigate website. Quick decision and availability of prescription. Good contact with health professionals.
Cons. Not able to receive prescription by post. We live in the outer Hebrides. The nearest Boots branch is in Portree, Skye. This requires a two hour ferry trip and 30min drive/bus journey to collect the drugs every month. This takes a whole day and substantial cost, added to the not inconsiderable cost of the prescription

Took much longer than advertised due to pharmacist that I collected it from not sending an alert or being able to find the medication. Would be cheaper and quicker to use GP
