Exceptional Customer Service
Today I called up as there was a delivery hold up with DPD and I had a time restraint to when I needed my order. I spoke with Masuood and the service and understanding I was showed was by fair the best I have had since before COVID. Masuood showed great compassion and exceptional customer service suggesting ideas I had not requested and seeking internal approval to ensure my order was with me before my vacation.
