THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR
THEY JUST DON'T DELIVERY WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DELIVER. I SIGNED UP FOR A SIMPLE $199 DIVORCE DOCUMENT AND HAVE BEEN WAITING 5 WEEKS JUST TO GET THE DIVORCE PAPERWORK. THEY THEN CHARGE ME UP TO $400 DOLLARS MORE TO HAVE A LAWYER FILE THE PAPER WORK THAT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AND NOW THAT THEY HAVE MY MONEY NO ONE REALLY WILL RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS. I WISH I WOULD HAVE JUST GONE TO THE COURT AND FILED. I STILL DON'T HAVE PAPERS AND THEY MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET THE PAPERS FOR OVER 30 DAYS SO THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO REFUND YOU. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON RESPONSIVE AND RUDE WHEN YOU GET THEM. THE LAWYER THEY GIVE YOU WILL NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AFTER YOU PAY .. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE. IT SEEMS TO BE ONE BIG SCAM. ANYONE WANT TO START A CLASS ACT LAWSUIT PLEASE START WITH THIS COMPANY. IT'S TIME TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY.

SCAMMER TATICS
It is very important for anyone going through this or anything in life for people/companies to be completely upfront about all the fees that are required, not just initially, therefore people can make an informed decision about what they're getting into financially. Now that we've paid almost 900 in filling/processing fees, as well as 40 per month, NOW they tell me they need an additional 435.00!! I don't have it, Had we known ahead of time we may have choose a different route. So at this point we're screwed and have wasted money we cant get back. IT'S SCAMMERS TACTICS AND I FEEL SCREWED AND WILL BE REPORTING THIS ALL OVER SOCIAL MEDIA AND THE BBB!!!!

Hi Danny, questionnaire can feel more detailed than needed, however, we do not ask questions that are not needed to complete the forms to your court's requirements. The questions asked are to assure your forms are complete with all your court's required information.

As soon as I paid for the package, you're asked if you want OnlineDivorce.Com to file your paperwork with the court (I mean, of course???) and that's an additional $200 (before court fees!)

At first I thought this company was…
At first I thought this company was good. Everything went well with my paperwork for this Divorce. Everything was filled out right then they emailed me telling me on November 27 2025 that they mailed package out and sent me a tracking number and told me it will be arriving soon. It is now December 6 2025 and I still have not received my Package.It has been 9 days and still waiting. I called customer service and they tell me that they will check on it but nothing is happening. When I look at the tracking numbers it shows that it never left there office and states that it is waiting for sender to send package out. I need my Divorce documents to be mailed out ASP. I have waited long enough.
