I purchased 5 items from this company…
I purchased 5 items from this company on 4th November. I received a confirmation e mail. Then the next day i received an e mail from Rachel. Who informed me that the Belgian chocolate truffles were out of stock. She offered me an alternative. But i didn't want all 4 boxes as they contained Hazelnuts and i cannot eat nuts. Then i told her to cancel the order, she did and let me know. But no mention of my full refund with Paypal. I e mailed her again, and she said i would receive it within 24 hours. I never got anything, and 2 days later i wrote to her again. I opened a case with Paypal, i let her know. Then later on Friday the 7th November she refunded me. Then e mailed me again telling me she will have to cancel my payment and work with Paypal, then refund me. She was not allowed to do this. I have been messed around so badly. She advertised the Flaked Belgian chocolate truffles on her website, even though she didn't have them, but still took my money. I would not recommend her or her company to anyone.It has took me 5 days to get my money back. Terrible company.
