My order of wonderful, fresh and delicious scottish meat and bakery goodies was extremely well packed with great care to keep everything chilled and safe and was delivered on time with tracking by a kind and curteous delivery driver. I am extremely happy to recommend.

The meals are excellent with the meatball marinara sauce being the best ever!

I have purchased from Rendalls 3 times now and have always been impressed with the quality and value especially enjoy all the different pies. I have been especially pleased with the packaging as I live on an island and my parcel has been delayed due to ferry disruption but the food always arrived still chilled. I recently won a competition with rendalls competitions and I added more products to the order and was pleased that they kindly added to my existing parcel so I saved on delivery costs. Very happy with everything!

from Scotland To south Coast of England .ordered items a week before I needed it and it arrived on the day I opted for In good condition and ice packs were still frozen and meat and pies etc were in great condition .
Kept fully informed by DPD and driver was polite and helpful . Tried the Scotch pies right away and were great I even ordered the Plain Loaf as you cannot get it down South . Well wrapped and it was Great and brought back memories for this Scots lad Excellent all round

Parcel left outside building, not in porch. I live in sheltered accommodation for th elderly and we have a problem with thefts! Only a neighbour witnessed your delivery driver do it. He made no attempt to to ring my intercom!!! Said neighbour alerted me otherwise I would have been ignorant to the fact. Also 1 pack of pies was smashed, I'm disappointed to say the least.

We ordered 3 Turkey dinners with trimmings, because we were unable to have any over the festive period..They were all lovely and tasty. Portions were not huge but certainly more than adequate. They arrived in a big box refrigerated well with ice and on the day in January I specified. We will certainly use Rendalls again

The best Lorne sausage I've tasted and the potato farls were good too. In case you don't trust the word of an Englishman, my half Scottish wife rated both highly too though she insists on calling the latter tattie scones. We'll certainly be ordering again.
Packaging was solid and our order was delivered on time and chilled. Top marks. I'm impressed.

Delivered by DPD on one of the hottest days of the year. I could not be contacted as I was at work, so driver left the package on doorstep(which is on a main road with lots of people walking past) and someone stole it.
Contacted Rendalls who sent the tracking info and took no responsibility. They actually stopped replying to me after I requested a refund. Luckily I use PayPal, who refunded me after investigation.

Have just received 12 Scotch pies perfectly packaged and still chilled. My wife & I have just had one each with veg for supper and they are delicious.
Well done Rendalls we will be buying more.

Just had the most amazing steak and sausage pie! It was absolutely delicious! Am going to order for my Scottish husband’s New Year’s Day dinner!

Meat from Rendalls is, as a generalisation, decent and love their lorne sausage, however packaging and delivery are atrocious.

Hottest day of the year, delivery around 24 hours plus after being collected from Rendalls, packing damaged, 6 of 8 ice packs totally thawed whilst the other two only had slivers of ice still inside. Internal temperature of meat borderline for returning.

This is the third or fourth order received like that so no more orders for Rendalls from me.

Parcel was delivered at 17:33 according to DPD app and therefore 25.5 hours from leaving your premises. Parcel was supposed to be next day which happened but 8 ice packs was not sufficient to keep meat properly chilled considering there were 2*5lb chicken packs plus other packs totalling over £180 in value. As I have had issues with receiving orders with thawed ice packs from you before I put a note on the order requesting sufficient packs to keep order cold but clearly that didn't happen despite the weather forecasts forecasting high temperatures for Friday.

As requested I have sent an email with temperatures.

Will not be ordering again.Rolled brisket was just a piece of meat,not rolled.Rolled pork leg was two pieces of pork in a net which just came away .Burgers were full of fat when cooked and just tasted like cheap burgers.

This is the second order I have had from Redalls the butcher, great care was taken both times with my orders, to delivery, packaging was first class, the whole service from begining to end has been excellent, thankyou Rendalls.

I ordered the expat pack plus a few extras for my glaswegian husbands birthday, we live on the south coast of England so he really misses his scottish food.
Ordering was very easy, the communication was great, lots of updates and a set delivery time within an hour on the day requested so we could be there and get everything straight in the fridge, great packaging too, all kept nice and cold.
We sampled several things for breakfast today and the rest has now been popped in the freezer, the quality so far has been fantastic, the best square sausage we've had in a long time! I would definitely recommend and will order through you again in the future when my husband needs a little taste of home.

Update.

Never a issue with the food had plenty orders. Just like you say Rendalls it's the delivery side of things that are unfortunately out of your control once they leave your depot.

Unfortunately DPD decided to deliver my package to another address and leave outside front door. But house owner delivered it to my house. Package well wrapped and food will taste just as good as before.

worst sized Ribs in recorded history . Must have been from a Sparrow, first time ive used this company and the last shockingly bad items

placed my first order for christmas very pleased with the ready meals, found the steak bridies a little on the dry side. Delivery service was good.
