I ordered a Medihoney gel and expected delivery within next 24-72 hours as mentioned on the site. After 5 days I received a message that there are no pumps available for rent... But I hadn't ordered a pump. Anyway my order was cancelled because they didn't have a gel as well.

They were quick to deliver the pump and the pump itself is fantastic. I also want to return the pump before next month and they will come and get it for $20. I had an excellent experience with the service! Highly recommend them.

Great service!
I forgot to purchase the kit and only ordered the main Symphony machine since I was so stressed that my baby is not breastfeeding.
They called me to suggest adding the kit since it wont work with out it and they did not ask for extra delivery cost because I already paid with the main machine.
The delivery was fast; got it the next day and the most important part it works like magic on me!
