App problems
I have contacted this company an a few occasions and when I speak with them I usually mention the problems I have with their App, ether fingerprint login or it saying its not available.
I also have other bank Apps that work perfectly EVERY time.
Virgin want me to phone another number and speak with someone else (rather than them contacting me) Then they want screenshot and logs etc. I'm not going though that- get your app sorted yourselves.
