Good, but some unhappy moments

In general the purchase was good experience, but there were times that communications were a bit lacking. Also, I was promised delivery within 3-4 days but it did not arrive until almost 7 days and it was only delivered early because I chased up with FedEx.

I also think the delivery costs need to be much more transparent. I was told this would be 100 Euros before I bought it, and it became 170 Euros after I bought the artwork. They blamed this on FedEx but to me, they should really just honoured the 100 Euros agreed earlier. I liked the artwork enough to accept the 70 Euros difference but I cannot say I am happy with this experience.

Otherwise, the artwork was very nicely packed and well protected, and genuine. The prices are also quite competitive compared to other websites.

Excellent

Me and my friends come to the gallery there was a Big security guy on at first we thought to ourselves most bouncers are rude this guy was so friendly and made us laugh and feel comfortable.towards the end of the night there was a couple of homeless people causing other people from the event trouble this bouncer did not hesitate to get involved and put a stop to it .i want this bouncer in my pub .who is he?

I did place an order on 13 of February…

I did place an order on 13 of February 2023.Except my order confirmation email nothing happened so far I did emailed them many times no respose and chek my order on their site order number given to me did not recognised.They have taken out money from my account and I read the online review it was great. This is the first time happen to me no thing could be worse than this I wish this was only happened to me.

good job

I like the way the service is set up. It's really convenient that you can browse all the paintings from home. The one small disadvantage is that sometimes the colors are not exactly the same on the web and in the actual picture. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Your comment about the colors of the photos is fine, that's one small drawback as you wrote, but in the online world it doesn't get any better than that. we are here as a guarantor of the whole deal. We inspect the art after we receive it and we at ONLINE GALLERY and you as the buyer have time to decide whether or not to take the art.

colour in description

I have one comment, in the description of the works of art is the question "colour". I think it is useless...there is only rarely one dominant colour.

An excellent selection of paintings in…

An excellent selection of paintings in the economy segment of the art market. Specific Czech art. Compared to the monsters of the art market, there is not enough variety. The services work well, it is not yet clear how many sales and views are on the site. But this is one of the best online galleries in the Czech Republic.
