Very impressed with this company. Having broken our height adjustable desk and not knowing where it was purchased from many years ago, I reached out to anyone I thought may be able to help. They came back to me promptly, offering solutions and finally arranging for a new desk frame to be purchased and fitted. Excellent friendly communication at all times, and Karl fitted it promptly and efficiently, even taking away the old frame.

My ergonomic chair was taken apart as I moved home from university and Jess was a great help. She contacted the manufacturers was clear on what I needed to do and what my options were. Within 2 days (due to my slow replies) I had photos of how my chair should look, the bolt positions and worded instructions of how to fix my chair. Thank you again Jess.

Flawless and brilliant service from first phonecall to delivery. I cannot recommend Online Ergonomics highly enough.

Suzi dealt with my order from start to finish. I was originally told to buy from another company but they lost me on the first phonically, during which I was told to "email our sales team". Suzi, on the other hand, couldn't have been more helpful – or patient with my (endless) questions.

My new sit/stand desk and office chair have just been installed by Carl (I also love the fact that Online Ergonomics use their own installers, rather than contracting the work to hit and miss subcontractors). He talked me through all the functions of both items and was quick and courteous the entire time.

The quality of the products is exceptional – and I genuinely can't wait to use my newly refreshed office!

I am dealing with this company not out of choice. I have been given equipment by disabled students allowance, due to mobility issues. Firstly, it took 3 weeks for them to get into contact with me to arrange delivery (standard is just under a week) even after chasing them up, as i need it for my studies. I was given a delivery date i could do, and confirmed it. I got a reminder email the day before my delivery, and was told to wait in due to having to set up the chair with me in it. They gave me an estimated delivery time of 3-5. I waited in from 1-8, waiting for this delivery, but it did not turn up and I got no communication about this on the day, or even the day after. I attempted to call yesterday, as conveniently by the time the delivery was supposed to come the day before, they were shut. When I called the number I had been given, it goes straight to voicemail. I then called the company itself, to be told that the people were on lunch, and that they would call me back. After waiting for 3 hours, I called back up again, just to be forwarded by customer service to a voicemail service. I have sent numerous emails, to no avail.
This has caused me a lot of stress, and also caused me to miss lectures at university. I find this behaviour completely unacceptable of a service that is used to help disabled students

I am so happy with this company and all the staff members that constantly keep in touch, supporting me and giving me updates. There is nothing thats too much for them and with Jessica and Chris's polite and positive vibes, they action requests quickly with a bounce in their stride. I am astonished at their speed on replies. I am yet to actually have my chair delivered yet but I have absolutely no doubt there will be issues.

Thank you all for everything, the company and the individuals within the company are phenomenal and i am truly so greatful for everything.*** Update the chair has arrived and is perfect and no surprise the fitter was clear on what each part does and the reason for it to be adjusted. Andy made sure I completely understood are information given and left it ready for use. He was polite, respectful of my home and as i have just had spine surgery I was never rushed and he made sure I was safe while sat in the chair to be fitted to my requirements. Yet again I have not been let down on any count. I can't wait for chair no.2 to arrive in my office. 😀
As these are custom fitted there is going to be a lead time as its not a product off the shelf. I have paid for 2 chairs to the value of around £3000 and I can safely say it's worth every penny. These were ordered with access to work who paid them directly from the proforma invoice raised. I never had to claim the money back, even better.

I have placed an order 2 weeks ago. A few days later I had, your order is on its way, email and nothing till I contact them again. Then an email to say the order will be sent on the 20th and I will receive an update on delivery, 5 days later nothing! when I returned to the original tracking email, there was not even a delivery date mentioned. I ordered from an independent website and refused to use Amazon and my tracking is with Amazon delivery, which annoyed me.
All previous reviews suggest this is not a new thing for this company. I wish I read them before I ordered. I am very disappointed.

Placed order for £800 worth of goods on Access to Work recommendations. A week later, no goods, no invoice (so I can't claim back from ATW), NO APOLOGY from 'Jessica' and it seems 'the owner is overseas' so they can't do anything with the orders.
A nice gig if you can get it, taking disabled folk's money and keeping it. Well done, Messrs Bateman, Rigby, West et al. Well done. Shame on you.

EDIT 11 Nov 2024: I have now had my goods delivered and installed. The installer (Ben) and Jessica in the office have gone some way to make the experience a better one, but I am still frustrated at the time it has taken to get an invoice from this company. And I wonder if I hadn't made a fuss, would I still be waiting? My original comments stand.

Ross is an absolute legend. I had a chair fitting with him today and he's absolutely phenomenal. I left feeling like I understood the chair perfectly, felt empowered and really really happy. Ross is super friendly, professional and really kind. He's a proper asset to the company and I'd recommend them based on Ross alone! 100/100 recommended!

Thank you to Mark for a professional and excellent service especially delivering and installing my equipment during very bad weather conditions as I live in the middle of nowhere so access is not easy at the best of times. My assessment and equipment installation have been first class. Every effort has been made to ensure that my comfort and support during work and study is catered for to reduce pain, overuse and fatigue and to ensure that my learning experience is maximised and fully enjoyable. I would highly recommend this company and equipment. A very BIG thank you to Mark for going above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need to make my life easier.

Out of the four people I have dealt with from this company, I had a bad experience with one member of the Online Ergonomics team (professionally, not personally).

The first person who came to set up the table and chair was amazing, he was caring, considerate and compassionate (I'm sorry I can't remember his name). He made sure that I was happy with every aspect and didn't make me feel bad when I asked to put it back to how it was originally. He was easily the best fitter I've had in the house.

Unfortunately I then had some trouble, my fault not theirs, and the person I spoke to over phone and email was very helpful and empathetic and didn't make me feel like I was being pedantic. They reassured me and vowed to fix.

The next person let me down a few times, (out of character for the company so far) and I was fed up with it so I got through to the MD Matt. He was so genuinely upset what I had been through, he made sure he went above and beyond to fix it. He was honest and told me exactly how long it may take to order the parts in and he kept me up to date with the whole process. He did a follow up a week or two later, and you can tell the difference between a person doing his job just for money, and a person doing his work to make a difference. He and the other two I encountered set out to make a difference for me and they all delivered.

I can't recommend them enough!

Still waiting for office chair to be delivered 3weeks in. There was nothing on the website to say that office chair I ordered will take 6weeks or that they will only be made when ordered. Also, took a while to get receipt! Patiently waiting so not much to go by until product is delivered.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Online Ergonomics. They were very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient all the way through the decision and purchase making process. My desk and chair are very high quality and very comfortable for my back and posture. i can highly recommend Online Ergonomics.

Quick delivery, easy to buy, product was exactly as I thought it would be. Some internet sites advertise products and then when you click buy , its out of stock or 6 weeks delivery but not these guys !
