I've never subscribed/agreed to receive marketing spam emails from from this company, yet they've added me to their marketing email lists, which is a violation of UK Data privacy laws and GDPR.

Great service and Excellent Value for Money

I received notifications very quickly after a call is taken and contact details are always correct. I found the staff are very helpful with changing my messages, and its good to know that my messages are being taken in a professional manner.

As a small family business we decided to use a telephone answer service several years ago to cover vacations. However the service is that good we now rely upon it almost daily. Even close friends that call us don't realise they are not talking to someone employed by us. On a daily basis they take messages efficiently and email us callers phone numbers so we can respond & for periods when we are away from the office we switch to collecting email addresses so we can contact callers from where ever we are in the world. I have no hesitation in recommending Dan and his team

As a business Onit have been providing us with their services for 18 months. In that time we have found them to be professional throughout, and a value added service to our growing business.
If a client calls our office number the phone is answered efficiently and we receive a text and e-mail with the vital information within minutes of the call being taken.
We have had clients call with technical queries for critical service issues and although Onit are unable to assist them directly, we have always had positive feedback from our clients at the polite and efficient way their query was dealt with.
I would not hesitate in recommending their services to others.
