I was looking at a booking to visit Krakow and Auschwitz, and my helper, Adriian Close , was so amazing and helpful. Even when I needed changes to the date;it was handled calmly and efficiently. The prices of the accommodation and flights were managed so well. Next time, I'll definitely consider booking with them again. Highly recommend.

Sent a whatsapp msg to your representative Ruby Elliot regarding a holiday to Thailand for 2 people. Didn't realise whatsapp wasn't working but Ruby responded as soon as she could. I told her the dates of travel and what we wanted from the holiday, but open to suggestions. She very quickly put together an itinerary which was exactly what we were looking for (neither of us have been to Thailand). Throughout the booking process Ruby has kept in touch & checked all ok. So what can I say but a massive thank you to Martin (Wolfe). My first holiday booked with him and it won't be the last. He was amazing and we had an amazing time in Poland. Flights were great.
