One World Empowered is a company that exists from pure, deep, and complete love for people. This company (Dena) is dedicated to bringing support in women’s lives and their journeys all across every stage of it. It’s something that you didn’t know you needed, until you had it. I am so thankful that I have this community, support, information, and everything in between. Once you are a part of this amazing movement you won’t regret it.

The organizer has set up a safe space to just be yourself and share and support each other. It’s something I’ve been craving and likely something more people need to experience!

I love the services that this company has.
It has all types of support for us moms, who just need another mom to talk to.
They also have girls nights which is great after a long week of work and time spent with the kids. It’s a great experience overall and I’d highly recommend this to any parent. This wonderful woman who started this company is very sweet and make this who experience feel very welcoming and comfortable.

Dena is detail-oriented, thoughtful and very consistent. She found me and always checked-in. She’s both compassionate and helpful. Highly recommend!

I have always had issues going to counseling, I have never gotten the root of my issues gone from recirculating in my head. I have known Dena for many many years and figured I try someone who already knows me and would help hold me accountable for continuing to improve myself. I am so beyond grateful to have her in my life as well as my life coach. Dena is the sweetest, kindest, loving person who always lights up the room with her positivity. She has inspired me to be a better me, understanding what triggers me and how to calm my body down.
My husband and I have gone through a lot not only in life but even as a couple and Dena has definitely helped explain how to better communicate to each other and help teach us ways to cope with the grief we are currently going through. During the sessions she has seen body language concerns that my husband and I were showing and we were able to talk them out. She provides us actual homework assignments I’m excited to try and when I tell her she celebrates my small accomplishments. I would highly, highly recommend reaching out and starting services!!

I am very greatful to have been part of the club I am doing great, Dena was the reason I got better and I am forever grateful for that, when everybody wanted to charge outrageous amount for coaching I found her free group and it was the best thing ever. Thank you Dena for your guidance, for your knowledge, support and for being available when I most needed someone. I am forever grateful for you.

As a first-time mama, I found the Empowered Postpartum Planning Workshop to be a helpful, educational, practical, and supportive resource I've referred back to throughout my pregnancy. Dena had a wealth of knowledge and her teaching style was empathetic, real, well-organized, and gave me the confidence and clarity I needed to plan my postpartum care and facilitate a productive discussion with my hubby about my support needs. I left feeling very supported and empowered!

I have known Dena for over a decade. She has been a work colleague previously, and currently she supports my family and I through an extremely difficult time in our lives. Healing from complex life experiences takes hard work and faith in your support. I’ve worked in the mental health field for 30 years, and Dena is my family’s go to for a variety of reasons. She is a jack of all trades relating to trauma and healing, is relatable to all ages, and meets her partners in healing where they need her to be. Her wide array of tools to use and practice are always in tune to her client’s needs and readiness. Out of all of these attributes, I value how hard she cares, her innovative thinking and relentless learning she brings to my healing. This helps me feel secure in knowing I am not missing an opportunity to heal.

Dena literally helped save my life. I had severe postpartum depression. I wasn't suicidal, but often thought that no one would care if I wasn't here anymore. My husband, Jesus, family, the meds my dr put me on, my kids dr, all really helped. But this group pulled me out a hole so dark I had no idea how to get out of. I needed tools to function again. It has been so healing to be able to talk this stuff out with other mamas going through the same thing. I am forever grateful for the mamas club.

My time every week with the Empowered Mamas Club is sacred. If I have to miss, I am pretty bummed out. It is a safe place to be real and vulnerable because the other mamas are dealing with the same issues and concerns. We laugh, cry, talk parenting logistics and so much more. If you are considering whether you should join or not, do not hesitate! For a mama who is isolated in the middle of Montana, working from home, and not getting out as much as I should, this group has ben a Godsend.

The work Dena does is truly meaningful work! When I was at my lowest point of postpartum depression and anxiety, Dena provided the support and resources to help me get back to “me” and able to love up on my newborn again! There are not enough people out there that are willing to take the obstacles that they have overcome in order to help others that need it. Dena does just that, and I will do whatever I can to ensure her group can thrive and help other mamas out that need it. Highly recommend and can’t say enough good things about the group she has created. I wouldn’t have overcome my obstacles without it.

Dena is truly amazing! She is kind, thoughtful, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. In my time working with her she has always made me feel comfortable, understood, valued, and heard. Dena radiates light and inspiration, and I could not recommend her more highly!

Dena is amazing! She is empathetic & kind. While she is very educated about a variety of topics, she does not shy away from “being a student” and growing to be better for herself and all people she empowers. She offers several different resources and continues to grow her database. She’s open to feedback and works diligently to ensure all people are heard and supported. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Dena is absolutely amazing! I met Dena through her bi-weekly Mama support zoom meetings when my daughter was just 2 months old. I then joined the private Mama’s club where we do everything from pampering ourselves to receiving training on how to get through our postpartum season. My daughter is almost 14 months and I have seen the major difference in myself from when I first started to now and it’s all thanks to Dena and the amazing work and support that she provides! ❤️
