used Andy for some help with marketing and website development. I would avoid using him unless you are made of money! he will not be shy in charging you a fortune given the chance. acts altruistic and all about you but its really all about how much he can make out of you! good old fashioned con man tactics

Hi Grant. I’m sorry that you are dis-satisfied with the service you received. As discussed, You hired me to fix the checkout process on the website you built yourself as this was not working properly. I agreed to do this for a fixed price of £150 (Hardly a fortune as you described and this was even at a discounted rate as you said you didn’t have a huge budget). Once this process was fixed and working, you then asked me to help you out with other parts of your website and styling. Foolishly, I did some extra work at no charge, so I take full responsibility for not setting the right boundaries with you from the start. Over the course of a few days you were messaging multiple times per day to fix other parts of your site such as page indexing and other styling issues unrelated to the checkout. I explained to you a number of times that I could do this but would need to charge extra for the extra work involved. When it became clear that you had no intention of paying anything extra due to the fact that you simply ignored this response and kept asking for more and more work to be done, I politely explained that it is no longer viable for me to work on this project with you, at which point you continued to ignore this and kept asking for further work to be done. I also gave you the advice several times that I would not advise spending any more money on the website until you had established the market need for your business idea and was certainly not trying to con you out of more money. You were the one who insisted you needed more work done on the site but didn’t want to pay for it. I understand that you are disappointed as you wanted a “go to guy for help and support” (your words). I would have been happy to help you out with your site, however, I simply cannot work for free.
