They don't comply with their own T&Cs.
Absolutely shocking experience with OneVan Tools.
I requested a cancellation within hours of ordering, fully in line with their own T&Cs — yet the item was still shipped anyway. Since then, dealing with their customer service has been a complete merry-go-round. Every reply either ignores the actual issue, repeats scripted apologies, or asks me to wait longer with no real resolution.
It honestly feels like their terms and conditions only apply when it suits them. Customers are expected to follow the rules, but the company clearly doesn’t.
I’ve wasted time chasing updates, repeating myself to different agents, and still no straightforward refund. What should have been a simple cancellation turned into an unnecessarily frustrating process.
Would not recommend — poor communication, poor accountability, and zero respect for their own policies.
I have initiated a chargeback with Amex as I feel they've breached my consumer rights.

Diabolical service
Diabolical service. Ordered a set of power tools they arrived with an EU plug charger.
Contacted the company who promised to send an UK charger.
Nothing arrived. Every day for the last ten days they've been sent the same message with pictures. Two human responses "we'll send the right chargers." Now it's automatic repeated responses (probably AI) wanting details and pictures. I have screenshots of every single conversation.How do you contact this company? Are they even in the U.K.?! Going to seek legal advice on Monday.

Missing feedback from customer service.
I have send a mail to Onevan regarding a tool that is not working. I have also tried their chat and also to write a message on whatsapp and also a message via Facebook. Until now i haven’t heard anything from Onevan. Very bad customer service.

Ordered a 2800Nm red impact with UK plug, blue one came in instead ( not a big deal ) however it came with a EU plug which I cannot use , tried to contact company via email multiple times , social media , messages, and nothing , nobody is getting back , found it very poor and disappointing to spend over 100 quid on a something that i cannot charge and the company don’t even bother replying. Never again

Thank you for your feedback. It sounds like the auto stop protection mode of the impact wrench was activated — this is a safety feature designed to protect the tool and battery during heavy load use.
If you prefer, you can turn off this function for continuous operation. Also, please make sure the battery is fully charged before use, as low power can cause interruptions during high torque tasks.

Incomplete package
I ordered a cordless air blower through a third party. There are certainly no complaints about the quality or price. Very good, to be honest. However, my package was incomplete; a cable to charge the battery was missing. It was sent from the original manufacturer , OneVan, from Germany to Belgium with an extra battery, but it did not arrive. DHL was unable to deliver it according to the tracking code.
They suggested contacting OneVan directly for further help.

10inch Brushless Electric Lawn Mower
I purchased a Brushless Electric Lawn Mower from this seller through AliExpress. When the order arrived, I found that the machine was broken. I contacted the seller, and he said he would send me a replacement part, but he **completely refused to issue any refund**, even a partial one.
I agreed to receive the replacement part. However, when it arrived, it turned out to be just a **plastic piece** from the lawn mower – not a proper or useful replacement. I had already sent the seller clear photos showing that **the wires were cut and some buttons were missing**.
Unfortunately, the machine was completely unusable, and I have now thrown it in the trash.

I see the advert for onevan tools, on YouTube channel and was quite impressed with the quality and performance, ie: impact driver, I found the ease of use undoing car wheel nuts I haven't used it on very rusted nuts yet so looking forward in the future trying that great product, looking at other tools in the range
