Bought an amazing White Gloss kitchen…

Bought an amazing White Gloss kitchen through this company. I did some research online before committing to a purchase. I'm glad I did as their price was cheaper than others. As an example, the price I paid for this kitchen was 40% cheaper than one of the other quotes I got from a competitors show room.

The kitchen arrived yesterday, and I'm very happy with the quality and finish, since the fitter has put them on. It has transformed my kitchen. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant kitchens with a personal touch

We happened upon one stop kitchens one Saturday afternoon when we were over in Hillington and tbh we are so glad we wandered in that day, we had been to Howdens etc and were not blown away by anything we had seen. When we walked into One stop kitchens, Russell and Paul listened to what we wanted and we got a kitchen we could only have dreamed of. We were knocking an internal wall down and were worried about how the open plan layout would be laid out, Paul gave us a design but also gave us images of how it would look in our home once installed.

Russell came out to our home twice while the installation was being carried out to lend helpful advice to our fitter ,nothing was to much trouble.

The beauty of one stop kitchens is they offer kitchens that aren't like anything we had seen before but also offer a huge range of worktops and glass splash backs , we opted for quartz worktops and black glass which are stunning and the fitters were great , special mention to the glass splash back fitters who managed a perfect finish on a wall that was anything but straight.

We had an issue with a the tap we picked as the overflow wouldn't fit, one stop sent a tech out at 5pm the same day with a new tap .
In summing up, I can't recommend one stop kitchens enough and would like to thank Russell and Paul for everything they did for us
If you are looking for a kitchen with a personal touch then pay these guys a visit, you will not be disappointed.

Over the moon

We had been round the usual companies like Wren and Howdens who has quoted us and given us designs.

I was recommended to talk to Russell at One Stop Kitchens by a friend who had purchased here.

Wow, the difference in quality between these units and the ones you get at Wren and Howdens is huge and One Stop have more colour options that suited us. The units themself are real quality and that isn’t just the parts you see, but also the back and inside of the units match this level of quality. This is one huge difference I noticed in comparison to Wren/Howdens.

The appliances we chose are sourced well and real quality products, not just the cheapest one of the catalogue.

Russell himself is knowledgable and professional. Any time I had an issue he came out to the house to see us and check things over and resolved any issues quickly. He was always just a message or phone call away. This has included after care after we paid our full balance, where we asked for some spares which were ordered and sent quickly.

We also got our Quartz worktop as part of the overall package and it really adds that quality finish to the kitchen. They even had enough spare to do our window sill with the quartz to match the rest of our kitchen at no additional cost.

Overall, we have our dream kitchen and I can’t thank Russell and One Stop Kitchens enough.

I’d recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen to come here before you commit to the usual companies.

Go somewhere else or get your bathroom done

Really not worth any stars.
In January 2023 my wife and I ordered what was to be our dream kitchen, from one stop kitchens in Hillington, Glasgow, at £25250 , an enormous amount of money as I am retired and my wife is disabled.
We were told by Russell and Paul, who I believe are joint owners, that they had worked for various kitchen companies and were never happy with the aftercare so they started their own business, one stop kitchens.
Both of them couldn’t be anymore friendly/ helpful at this time.
Ordered the kitchen paid our deposit and given a start date of 20/02/23 to be completed by 10/03/23, On 16th Feb went back into showroom and paid the outstanding balance , all through our previous meetings Russell had assured us that if anything went wrong it would all come back on him, The date arrived and the rip out and install started. All was OK for about the first week and then cracks started to appear/ things just not right/ units not matching / different faces , grey not white as ordered/ bad finishing/ units and doors delivered defective, having to wait for new doors etc.
When we started to complain Russell became that different person, he became the person that he saw at other kitchen companies who didn’t care about the customer, well that’s actually a lie, he cares until he gets your cash and until something goes wrong, then it’s I have your cash and off to the Bahamas for a fortnight the one that lies through his teeth when he says “ if anything goes wrong the buck stops with me.
Their fitter Stevies answer when anything went wrong, didn’t fit properly was “ what do you want me to do about it”
To cut this review to a point it is now nearly 5 months later, 13/07/23 and our kitchen is still not complete ,they have sent me a text to say they have washed their hands of us, well they have got our £25250,
Basically we can’t tell you not to use One stop kitchens, but would strongly advise you not to, but if you do , get everything they tell you in writing,in triplicate signed in their blood , witnessed by a lawyer.
Far from finished with one stop kitchens we are now in the process of speaking to a lawyer and taking the company to court.

One VERY happy customer

I had my kitchen knocked through to a spare room to make a large kitchen / diner. I wanted one company to take care of everything as there was a lot of work to do and one stop kitchens were brilliant from start to finish. Garry made up all the designs after speaking with me and just seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. All cupboards, worktops, flooring etc... were of very high quality. The price he quoted was what we payed, no hidden extras or surprises. Davie the joiner / fitter / miracle worker was amazing. He is a very hard worker and very talented at putting kitchens together from scratch. He consulted with me throughout, always making sure I was happy with the results and tidied up after himself. The whole job was finished before schedule. Thanks for my beautiful kitchen.

Delighted with my new kitchen fitted …

Delighted with my new kitchen fitted November 2017. From beginning to end no problems. From initial contact, good advice, quality and excellent tradesman fitting kitchen. Joiner Davie was excellent project manager and everything flowed well to ensure minimum inconveniences. All tradesmen were pleasant and hard working. A new kitchen is a big purchase and I would totally recommended One Stop Kitchens Glasgow.

What a mistake.

What a mistake. Half way through the job with my old kitchen in pieces in the garden I am told that the cost has gone up by £350 as a new electricity board is required. When I said that I would have to think about it I am told the job would be left till next week.

Should this not have been spotted before quoting for the job?

Our electrician advised us that your consumer unit was illegal.Due to this he could not carry out any electrical work. He then gave a extremely discounted cost to supply and install a twin consumer unit covering the main house and the extension.Unfortunately if the job had to be put back then it would impact on all trades. We advised that the installation would be delayed until next without the required electrical work being carried out. In most cases new consumer units are in place but in this case the electrics were not to standard,we feel that we have gave a very fair costing , as we had to work to the laws covering electrical supplies.
