They used to be awesome

They used to be awesome, and then became a total scam. Their website is still accepting orders even though tons of people including myself were stolen from. Dozens of emails went unanswered asking for a refund for a figure that was canceled by the manufacturer.

Sad part is while they were still around and fixing other things for me they never bothered to tell me my outstanding preorder was canceled months before. I should have thought to ask them, but experiences prior had been good. Their Instagram is gone and their FB page is littered with stories like mine and hasn't been updated since 2022.

Advice to all collectors, never ever pay in full for a preorder. Pay the deposit and if they don't have that option don't buy.

BE CAREFUL!

The website is empty, they kept my money and never sent the figure, they don't answer emails. Be CAREFUL!

Avoid!

Sent me a cheaper alternative to what I ordered, then led me on for months promising to replace it with the correct item, only to eventually stop responding to my messages.
