Avoid this company I reached out to them as I have a return they are delaying the return so i will not get my money back not only that but they won’t give me the return address they gave a fed ex return when there is no fed ex company were I live even the post office does not do fed ex no one does this is terrible I’m left with a package that I can’t send back and I tried reaching out to the customer service team very unhelpful won’t even give me a return address do not buy from this company I will be going on YouTube to spread how bad and terrible this company is they gave me a fed ex return address and knew there was no fed ex from where I am from as they had my address already.

Ordered 3 straight leg soft motions, they all came in different lengths. I have DMed and submitted a customer service form 5 days ago and still haven’t received a response “within 72 hour” stated on your website. Updated you via DM and you advised me that they will reach out within 24hours but it’s been more than 48 hours now ? Disappointed as platinum member

My items eventually came they didn’t fit the sizing was all wrong and I requested a refund. I posted the label they provide for the refund and sent my items back.. I have waited and waited not had any refund, help or support with this despite contacting them several times. There is no customer services at all

I ordered 2 shorts and a vest. The shorts came incredibly good, just perfect in every way. The vest came a lot more see through than I expected, I sent an email about the situation and what can be done, the service shocked me from how good it was. They refunded me 100% of the vest cost, and told me I can keep it. Very good experience, definitely will purchase from Oner active again!

I am extremely disappointed with both Oner Active and FedEx. I spent a significant amount of money on my order, and for the past three days the tracking has shown repeated “delivery attempts” — yet the courier has clearly been going to the wrong address.
The tracking claims that “no one was home,” which is simply not true. I have been at home for three days waiting for this package. The delivery photo attached to the tracking update shows a completely different door than mine.
Contacting FedEx has been nearly impossible, and Oner Active’s customer service told me I have to wait 5–7 days for an update. That is unacceptable considering the value of this order. As a customer, I am left without my package, without answers, and without proper support.
This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and extremely unprofessional handling of the situation. I do not recommend.

So disappointed! I was so excited to receive my order and combined the order with a friend so we could save on shipping as I live in Hong Kong. I compared sizing to Gymshark as I have great-fitting activewear from there and also used the Oner Active size calculator and went with the size the website said was a 95% match (S). The material was thinner/lower quality than expected and shorts tighter than expected and not squat proof as a result. So sad to have to return everything I ordered as I was really looking forward to the new cute sets!

Absolutely AWFUL customer service. Messages ignored and blanket copied and pasted responses. Have had my returns for over 4 weeks and no refunds processed for 3 parcels. No haste in escalating it and no concern that I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket.
Wouldn’t recommend purchasing from this place unless you want awful customer service, slow delivery, hassle returning and even slower (non existent refunds).
Also despite their terrible response (almost 14 days later) I still haven’t received my refund. Please do not buy from this brand.

After My previous review regarding the Failure to refund my Order in full, Oner Active replied stating they had now refunded my order.
THIS IS A COMPLETE AND UTTER LIE.
The company have not refunded me let alone contacted me. I would definitely stay clear of this company, never in my life have I had this sort of experience with a company- not only did they not refund my order, they also LIED about refunding it.
I’m beyond dissapointed.
There are plenty of other competitors who will not treat you this way
The quality of the material Is very poor. Shipping is always delayed, impossible to get the size you want. The halter tops are insanely uncomfortable on your neck. Just stick to other brands.

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here, especially if you tend to buy multiple sizes and return what doesn’t fit. I sent items back over two months ago and still haven’t received my refund.
I’ve followed up several times by email and keep getting the same response saying it’s being “investigated.” It’s hard to understand how a simple return can take this long to resolve. I’m now £150 out of pocket with no clear update, which is incredibly frustrating and actually illegal!
So disappointing because I actually loved your clothes now this experience has put me off ever ordering again.

Sent me a faulty top with a big hole along the seam and their resolution was to offer me a 15% discount? 😂 or return it which you need to print the label for which is ridiculous in this day and age. Either provide a QR code to return it or don’t send out faulty items. This was my second order from them and both order have had issues (the first items were covered in weird marks that looked like they’d either been worn or used to clean a floor with) I wish I never gave this company a second chance and ordered again the quality control is awful.
