OnePass and Flybuys are two separate programs, but they work really well together. Flybuys is a program where you earn points when you shop at Brands while OnePass, on the other hand, is a paid membership that gives you benefits:
- Collect 5x Flybuys points for every $1 spent in-store when you scan your Flybuys card. 5x Flybuys can also be earned on Click & Collect orders at Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse and Officeworks.
- Free delivery on eligible items or orders, no minimum spend
- 365 day change of mind returns

To earn 5x Flybuys points, simply link your Flybuys account to your OnePass account then scan your OnePass card at Target, Kmart, Bunnings Warehouse, and Officeworks. If you prefer to scan your Flybuys card, either card will earn you bonus points!
Beyond points, scanning your OnePass card also tracks your in-store activity and generates digital receipts in your OnePass account, making returns and exchanges easier (as long as the receipt has a scannable barcode or QR code).

Good, but still needs improvement
I originally signed up to one pass to get early access to pre-order the reformer Pilates machine from Kmart, to not only have my order cancelled the following day but also have the item be sold out. I know this is beyond One Pass's control, but it did leave a dark cloud for me over One Pass's involvement. I have chosen to continue the membership to see if it would be actually worth it for me, as I do shop often at Kmart and Bunnings. It seams ok, but could have room for improvement. If I dont use the app often enough it logs me out and does not have the option to log in using my finger print. I have also been advised by attendees at Bunnings that I should be scanning both my one pass card and Flybuys. If I have to double scan, then what is the point of having a One Pass card? Perhaps the attendees at Bunnings are incorrect, but you would think that as they work there that they would have some knowledge about the system.

By logging you out from time to time, we reduce the risk of unauthorised access and keep your personal info safe. 🔒 We totally understand it’s not always convenient, but keeping your account secure is our top priority.
Regarding scanning both your OnePass and Flybuys cards: we know this part can be a bit confusing, and we’re actively working with our retail partners like Bunnings to make things clearer at checkout. You should only need to scan your OnePass card at our participating brands, as your Flybuys number is already linked. By scanning your OnePass card, not only will you earn the bonus Flybuys points, your transaction will be recorded in your OnePass account under My Activity, and your receipt will also be stored. Your eligibility can also depend on where you live, as some rural and regional areas may be excluded. Please also note that big and bulky items (like trampolines, wheelbarrows, bikes, and large home furniture) are commonly excluded.
