Not all companies
Not all companies, ie Bunnings seem to abide by the agreement that One Pass offers and hence have had to request multiple refunds and pick up myself. Defeats the purpose of having it!!

I called OnePass mobile customer care
I called OnePass mobile customer care. The call was received by Nathan, who had a very rude demeanour. When speaking to him, he said to listen to me otherwise he will hang up the phone. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service. I had a 28 day plan and everyday that I recharged, they cut the days on my plan. This was not mentioned anywhere to the customer that if you recharge, the days will be deducted. They are ripping off customers. The customer service is horrible. From my experience, I don’t recommend this company to anyone.

When we have an exclusive OnePass reward available, we’ll let you know how to earn and redeem it via the 'My rewards' section on your OnePass account. While we don’t have any rewards promotions running right now, we do run exclusive offers from time to time. Be sure to keep an eye on your email and social media for the next one—it’s always worth the wait.

OnePass is a good idea but is very limited. Not enough companies are on board and Bunnings and Officeworks discriminate against country people. Officeworks charge an excessive fee of $25.95 for deliveries outside the metro area. Bunnings will only deliver to country areas, if you order by phone and pay freight. If you order by phone, OnePass benefits do not apply. OnePass is great for people in the metro area but not good for people outside the metro area. Country people should only pay half the fee as they get limited benefits. Today 28/08/2025 OnePass replied with a standard answer and failed to address any of my concerns. As Bunnings and Officeworks use Australia Post for deliveries and Australia Post charges the same for delivery Australia wide, Bunnings and Officeworks should also offer the same service, no matter where you live. OnePass needs to take up the delivery issue with their partners.
