Worth the subscription
I have subscribed to OnePass vor 2 years now and found it to be worth every penny of it's subscription fee as I have recouped more than the cost in redeemed points and free postage.
If you shop regularly at any of it's participating stores I have no hesitation in recommending you give OnePass a try.

Never buying from this company again
Never buying from this company again. Extremely unprofessional service and poor customer support.
I ordered a SIM card and waited over 8 days with no delivery and no tracking information provided. Only after this delay did they suggest express shipping or a refund, which completely misses the point. I needed the SIM on time, not after the fact.
They failed to meet their promised service level, and offering a refund doesn’t fix the inconvenience caused. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend them.

I find OnePass has been beneficial in more ways than one! The free shipping on most items is ideal for when I do a small order, the extra FlyBuys points come in handy to redeem as money to spend in Coles (helps take the strain off grocery prices) and I do love getting early access to the sales. Only issue is it would be easier to have a passcode to access the app instead of signing in once a month.

The service itself is great
The service itself is great, but having to scan both cards is a bit of a pain. A few more promos or goodies would be great too, I haven’t seen one yet.

We understand that having to scan both cards can feel inconvenient. The good news is that you don’t need to scan both cards to earn bonus points. To earn 5x Flybuys points, simply scan your OnePass card at Target, Kmart, Bunnings Warehouse, and Officeworks. If you prefer to scan your Flybuys card, either card will still earn you bonus points.
Beyond points, scanning your OnePass card also tracks your in‑store activity and generates digital receipts, making returns and exchanges easier (as long as the receipt includes a scannable barcode or QR code).
We’re glad to hear you’re interested in our promotions. We run offers regularly, so please keep an eye out for the next great one!
OnePass won't link to FlyBuys, and don't help
I linked OnePass to all of my FlyBuys related suppliers. After some help from Bunnings (who said that such problems were common) we got it to recognise me but months later it still won't recognise purchases at Coles.
Coles say they are powerless in rectifying it and OnePass chat line does not respond (during the hours they state that it is active.)
