Probably the time frame wasn't the most accurate for same day sale but I gave 3 stars due to lack of correspondence I was the one following up as to whether the shares sold etc the same applied for day payment was due back again no correspondence until I sent them an email and found the email a bit blunt.

Every thing was done professionally with only 2 things I was not totally happy about.
1. I was quoted a fee but when the invoice came it was plus GST. My bad for not checking but think GST inclusive prices should be told.
2. I placed my sale on a Monday and was told 2-3 days but I did not receive the money until the following Monday. (So 2-3 days for sale then wait until shares go into their account, then wait for next business day before money get's deposited into my account, then bank delay time.)
Overall happy but a little slow getting paid and I believe GST should be included in prices.

The format for documents was simple but thorough to complete. Shares were sold and funds deposited as stated. The entire exercise was aggravation free and went as outlined. Would use again.

The prompt service and the great help I received

Had my doubts about all one off share selling sites as I'm very wary of scammers. Chose One Off Trades after doing a fair bit of research. I must admit I was extremely surprised by the professionalism of the company and the fantastic customer service. Had a problem with the photo download section of the online process but they helped me work though it and finalize the paperwork. I opted for the 2-3 day sale but they sold the shares the next day at a premium price. Money was in my account 3 days later. Absolutely fantastic. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all at One Off Trades.
