I've been getting notifications for weeks that I scheduled mowing service that I didn't order. I've submitted multiple support emails and tickets and I've now been charged for a service I never ordered nor received. I can't get a response back!

Scam
So, took about 3 weeks or so for someone to come out. Once someone actually comes, he decides to mow my neighbors grass that was 12 inches high so they could charge the long grass fee. Then, he failed to mow the edges. Paid 125 because their first assigned guy had 'equipment' issues then scheduled the next almost another week thereafter.
Either buy your lawnmower, or get an actual individual bc neither Lawnstarter, nor One neighbor is worth it.

I used One Neighbor to contract to have my lawn cut. Saturday was the first cut. They arrived at about ten in the morning and cut, trimmed, and cleaned up by noon. They performed a good job. I recommend One Neighbor .
