Recently I have met our new housing officer Kate safe and what an honour it was,Kate is very professional,friendly,considerate and understanding and she actually takes the time to listen and engage with the tenant and task at hand, as well as keeping me up dated ,which has made a massive difference. Kate is also a very polite and down to earth person with a caring nature and a positive attitude,Kate is an asset to your company and if I was her employer I’d be proud to have her on board,Kate has made such a difference and I’m sure she will continue to do so for other tenants too .

Horrible experience. Have only given a star so i can write a review. Moved into the apartment and pay over £1000 per month for :
- Plumbing issues
- Mould Issues
- Operators Hanging up
- Wrong workers turn up for jobs
- pay for a painter and decorator to cover up a bodge job one of their WORKERS refused to finish.
By Far the WORST agency i have rented from in 5 years and genuinely believe they should be shut down. Called to request compensation for health affects and costs i have had to pay like extra heating for the draft a crack in the wall caused by damp as the ventilation system wasn't active. Along with a Gas engineer attending saying me and my partner were lucky not to have been blown up as the piping was faulty and dispersing heat only to the living room and backing up.

This is a disgraceful organisation who house criminals who threaten rent paying Tennant's with death threats and damage property by various means.
These criminals use one Manchester to perpetuate criminal offences and keep getting away with it
This organisation needs to be held accountable, but always seem to get away with it.
