A total scam
A total scam , first they charged me more in the amount , then they sent me a tracking code that was delivered 1 year and a half ago in Russia that is a fake tracking code , then they gave me a tracking code and delivered the package to another person and they do not take charge , I lost my money, time and I had to ask for another card and create dispute in the bank because they do not take care of that they say that if I did not get it is my problem and I have to talk to DHL and not with them, then I paid for something that did not arrive and was signed by another person, a complete scam.

I was saying walk away- now RUN from new platform
I'm a platinum member for 8 years. Used my rewards and done!!! I just tried to book through hotels.com for a MDANDERSON stay...at a Westin. Hotels.com charges a cleaning fee and destination fee over $120 for the two. The room is $147 night- don't walk away from this platform - RUN!!!!

Hotels.com has totally messed up
I am a platinum member of Hotels.com and have used them for the past 8-10 years to book my hotels. Not sure why they decided to change their rewards program. It is no longer beneficial for me to use them. I will use my current rewards and discontinue my membership.

My Hotels.com account just transferred to OneKey and although I got decent value for my existing rewards earning future rewards will required 5 times more stays. PATHETIC. Looking elesewhere.

Great software, the hardware not so much
I bought the OneKey classic, after i got it for less then a week and the screen crack.
The plastic window they put on the out side of the screen is flexible and not protect it at all
I took it inside my wallet for couple hours and it still brake so there’s go my $89
Unfortunately their support doesn’t help me with that and the screen cannot be replaced
For sure will not buy another one, meybe the touch is better quality but will not risk $250 after my experience.

It’s not arrived after a month!
It’s not arrived after a month!! Tracking has stopped for weeks. Having to go through PayPal to claim back. No response from one key after a few days!

"I recently purchased a hardware wallet from OneKey.so and was excited to receive it. However, just two days after I made my purchase, they hosted a 'buy one classic get one mini for free' activity. As someone who had brought several items from OneKey, and spent their own money on a single hardware wallet, I was extremely disappointed to see this.
I understand that businesses need to run promotions and attract new customers, but it feels like a slap in the face for loyal customers who have already made a purchase. It makes me wonder if OneKey.so values its current customers or is solely focused on bringing in new ones.

Nice UX, poor HW, amazing seedboards
bought the onekey mini but this one is very cheap quality and doesn't works on phone,but the UX is amazing on desktop, very nice job it can justify the 58$, but the onekey device seems pretty easy to open and probably vulnerable to physicals hacks..
Also, the titanium plates are a very nice product and premium packaging.Hope the team wilm continue to develop and securize the ux and device firmware.
