Horrible for privacy
If you care about privacy this wallet isn’t for you. The OneKey app doesn’t allow you to turn off tracking and server side firmware verification is forced, not to mention there is unique user ids associated with every request so you can guarantee that they can link every crypto account to the specific device they sold to you. It would be cool to have native bitcoin core support in the app so we can directly link our own nodes without a proxy like blockbook. At least you can connect it to other wallet apps that support the trezor protocol, other than that the actual device is good.

Excellent Hardware and Software
The actual hardware is very, very good in my opinion. Also OneKey Wallet support plenty of coins and earning with them as well.OneKey software Wallet is easy and intuitive to use.
On the minus side swapping BTC is not supported which I really hope changes soon. AFAIK this has been working earlier.
I did get Trezor 5 Safe as backup device for OneKey Pro. There is much I like it with Trezor too, but the user experience made me even happier for getting OneKey Pro as my main device.This includes both the hardware and software. OneKey Pro is clear winner here.

It was a little tricky setting up XRP…
It was a little tricky setting up XRP but I got it figured out. Once everything was set up they way I needed it, it’s been easy enough to use. The only thing, I can’t find the Stellar Network to set up an address and import by Xlm from an exchange. Is my device too old? Another thing (I think is the source of my issue updating firmware), my device powers off before the firmware update completes.🤷♂️Overall, though, it’s been good. I’ve her using a Classic S. I just ordered the ONEKEY Pro.

I can not recommend onekey, its complicate always updating and you have to carry always your device with you, there are better Wallet easy to carry and very easy to use and much cheaper !!
As for security concern onekey is still secure.
