A disgrace of a company with virtually non-existent customer service. They disabled my account without explanation and have ignored every appeal and support request I've sent over the past eight months.
The only messages they seem to respond to are public complaints, presumably to protect their reputation. Even then, the replies appear to be scripted, inviting users to send a direct message that they have no intention of answering.
This company shows zero respect for its users. Their lack of transparency and complete failure to engage with legitimate customer concerns is unacceptable. I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities, as businesses should not be allowed to operate this way.
Save yourself the frustration and stay well away.

I logged out my account from my laptop and tried logging in on my mobile and was told that my account has been disabled due to suspicious activities. I was kind of surprised because I don’t have vpn on my phone, so where is the suspicious activities coming from? I am disappointed.

The support is non-existent. My account got deactivated due to a KYC issue and there is absolut no way to reach some human for help. Not via email to the account-review, not via DM on X, not via normal email. No answers, just silence.
The friendly replies here on trustpilot are probably bot generated.

I would like to submit an additional complaint regarding OneForma’s handling of account review requests.
In response to complaints on Trustpilot, OneForma repeatedly advises users to contact their support email address for assistance. However, this advice is ineffective when the email channel is not actually responding to users.
In my case, I have been waiting for more than one month for a response regarding my account issue. During this time, I have sent emails, followed up on my request, and attempted to seek assistance through the proper channels, but I have received no meaningful response or review of my case.
What is particularly concerning is that OneForma publicly replies to complaints by directing users to contact an email address that appears to be unresponsive. This creates the impression that support is available and willing to help, while in practice users may be left waiting indefinitely without any resolution.
I am therefore requesting that my case be properly reviewed by a member of the relevant team and that OneForma improve its communication with users by providing timely responses rather than directing people to channels that do not provide support.
I would appreciate a genuine review of my situation instead of another generic response advising me to contact an email address that has already failed to respond for over a month.

I have been requesting the deletion of my account and all associated data for more than 6 months, but it has not been deleted yet. I submitted deletion request forms on their website several times during the period and responded to PJ notification emails. Once, I had a response from Julia in the Data Protection team confirming the deletion of the account associated with my email address; however, I kept receiving notifications from a project coordinator in Beijing thereafter (I even received a new one yesterday, as well as an email from the Community Team). I should probably submit a consumer complaint to the relevant regulatory authority at this point… I am tired of repeatedly requesting the same thing for more than half a year and getting nowhere…
[Update on 24 June 2026] I do not think consumers can initiate a DM to a business, so I have emailed the address in your contact info and the Data Protection Team (#CAS-268938-Q3S7Q1).
I look forward to your early response.
[12 July 2026] I still have not received a response, and the issue remains unresolved. It seems like data privacy is not a priority for them.

You pass a lot of steps to set up a profile, then you wait X (different time, depending on your qualifications). Suddenly, you do not comply with profile requirements, but once you pass an ID validation, the AI is so poor that it can't validate state-issued documents, so you have your account deactivated. In the end - a lot of time and some expectations just for nothing, but a huge disappointment. Add the fact that some people complain of never being paid...

Do not fall for OneForma's public replies on this website. If you see them responding to reviews claiming "we always pay" and telling users to "contact our support teams to get this sorted," please know it is a complete facade to deceive the public and maintain a good image.
I am currently dealing with a nightmare. They are withholding almost $300 of my money for work that they already officially approved. My Payoneer account was disabled, causing the payment to fail. At the exact same time, OneForma disabled my account, completely locking me out of their platform.
I physically cannot log in to fix my payment method. I have contacted every single support channel and department they suggest countless times over a long period. I have begged for a manual transfer to my PayPal. The result? Zero human intervention. They just send the exact same automated bot template telling me to "log in" to fix the issue.
They are perfectly aware of the infinite loop I am trapped in, but they simply do not want to pay. They use these public review platforms to pretend they care and redirect you to their support teams, knowing full well those teams will just ignore you or send you automated junk.
Withholding approved earnings is unacceptable. Until a real human manually processes my funds, my warning stands: stay away from this company.

I have been trying for years to get work through OneForma. I have applied to numerous projects, completed certifications, and passed qualification tests successfully, yet actual task opportunities are very limited or never materialize.
One of the most frustrating experiences is spending significant time completing certifications and meeting all the requirements, only to have accounts flagged for "suspicious activity" without a clear explanation. In many cases, users have followed all the rules and have no idea what triggered the flag.
The platform has potential and offers interesting projects, but the lack of transparency regarding account reviews, project availability, and support responses can be discouraging. Contributors invest a lot of time in the qualification process and deserve clearer communication and fair treatment.
I hope OneForma improves its review process, provides more transparency when accounts are flagged, and ensures that qualified contributors have a fair opportunity to access available work.

Guess I am far from being the only one who mistakenly lost a recovery key and had to change authenticator app on top of that...But I just want to ask a polite question : why didn't you test MFA in the first place before launching it? I heard even MFA would soon be unsufficient against cybercriminals (if not already)...
UPDATE: problem solved

I am submitting this formal complaint regarding an unresolved incentive payment issue related to the FurFrame project in Redmond, Washington.
During the project, I allowed another participant to use my dog because they did not have a dog of their own. I was informed by both Maria and project staff that I would receive an additional $50 incentive for allowing my pet to be used. I fulfilled my part of the agreement and was transparent throughout the process.
Since then, I have received conflicting explanations regarding the payment, including statements that I may have been paid incorrectly or that another participant may have received too much. Respectfully, any internal payment error is not my responsibility. I had no control over how payments were processed, and I should not be penalized for a mistake made internally.
I have already provided screenshots and supporting communication with Maria through text and email, yet this matter remains unresolved and my follow-ups are now being ignored. At this point, I am requesting escalation to a corporate-level supervisor outside of the Redmond location for review.
I am requesting that the communication history and supporting documentation be reviewed promptly, and that the missing $50 incentive be issued as originally promised.

I have been trying to make my time investment into OneForma pay off for several years. It's incredibly hard to get a project, and there are way too many certifications you need to pass for extremely low-paying ones. Many of these multiple-choice tests contain errors, so passing them can be a matter of luck. If you report an error, you never hear back from anyone. The support seems to be non-existent. If you ever get into a project, the project doesn't start or you can work on it for a few weeks, on buggy platforms, and then there is no support if something goes wrong and then you get removed for inactivity, being gaslit into thinking you did something wrong. I have worked on almost all the data annotation and crowd sourcing platforms and OneForma has been the one with the lowest ROI, meaning I have invested countless hours into useless qualifications that didn't lead anywhere. I had already given up on OneForma, but gave them another chance when they revamped their website, but it's still the same old, same old. I would definitely not recommend them to a friend. I wonder if some of their advertised projects even exist.

I want to receive my payment for the Diting 015 and 016 projects. I worked in March and April and haven't received it yet. The project managers are no longer responding to me. The last time they contacted me was last month when they said I would receive it this month, and so far there's no record of it in my payment history. I want my money, which would be 300 euros.

⚠️ THIS IS A FOLLOW-UP TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW ⚠️
On my original review, OneForma posted a reply on April 3, 2026, claiming:
"A full explanation, including payment status and findings from our review, has been provided to you via email."
THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE.
Here is what actually happened:
On March 16, 2026 – before their fake "professional" reply – they sent me this email:
"Your OneForma account has been deactivated due to suspicious activities detected on your account."
Case ID: 7776634
They disabled my account. Then, weeks later, they pretended on Trustpilot that they "reviewed my case" and sent me an explanation.
THE TRUTH:
❌ My account is DEACTIVATED. I cannot log in.
❌ I received NO explanation about my unpaid $266.18.
❌ The only email I got was an account deactivation notice.
❌ Their Trustpilot reply is FALSE AND MISLEADING.
Why did they disable my account?
Because I posted an honest review exposing their non-payment and hours manipulation. Instead of paying me for 120+ hours of work, they silenced me.
To other freelancers:
This is their pattern:
Steal your time and refuse to pay
Disable your account when you speak up
Post fake "we care" replies on Trustpilot
Never actually resolve anything
My original review details:
120+ hours of work (8-9 hours daily, they counted only 5)
USD 16.18 incentive – unpaid
10-15 days main work – unpaid
4+ months of ignored follow-ups
All evidence documented (screenshots, emails)
OneForma – stop pretending. You disabled my account on March 16. Your April 3 reply is a lie. Either pay me or stop misleading other freelancers on this platform.
I have screenshots of everything – the deactivation email, their fake reply, all payment failures, and hours manipulation.

I applied for a job posting they published two years ago. For every job I’ve applied for so far, the status has either been “Certification pending” or “Under review,” and I haven’t received any response—positive or negative. Despite this, they continue to post the same job openings on LinkedIn. This platform is irresponsible; it takes advantage of people’s expectations and never responds. A company should not keep an applicant waiting for more than 1–2 months and must provide some form of feedback. I do not recommend this platform to anyone, and I am waiting for them to respond to me.

I am sharing this review regarding my experience on Project 683 (English locale), where I completed a large volume of work but faced serious issues with task accounting and compensation.
I completed a total of 350 tasks on this project. This included 175 tasks in the first batch and another 175 tasks in a revert/re-batch phase. However, out of the second batch, only 11 tasks appear to have been properly attributed in the system. Despite completing all 350 tasks, I have only been paid for approximately 70–75 tasks, which is a significant and unexplained discrepancy.
Another major concern is the application of a 10-minute cap on task time. The communicated Average Handling Time (AHT) for this project was 15–20 minutes. At no point was it stated that task duration would be capped at 10 minutes. In previous projects I have worked on, any such capping policy was always clearly communicated in advance. In this case, no such communication was provided, yet the cap appears to have been applied after the fact.
This is especially problematic because the tasks themselves were complex. Many required handling multiple speakers (3–4 voices), overlapping audio, detailed segmentation, repeated playback of very short audio fragments, and careful tagging to ensure accurate verbatim transcription. These were not simple tasks and often required significant time and attention per task.
Based on my own tracking, I spent approximately 90–100 hours completing this work. The current payment does not reflect this effort or the actual workload involved.
I also want to highlight that I previously raised concerns during the project through support channels and issue trackers, but the matter was not properly addressed. Additionally, communication throughout the project was inconsistent, with limited clarity and no centralized coordination channel.
From the data available to me, I can see that between 24th and 25th March, I completed 175 tasks in batch 2. The first batch of 175 tasks is no longer visible in the system history, likely due to limited retention of records. However, both batches together account for the 350 tasks I completed
Overall, the core issues are:
* Significant mismatch between completed tasks and paid tasks
* Application of an uncommunicated 10-minute cap
* Lack of clarity and consistency in communication
* Lack of proper verification of task history
I am requesting a proper review of my case, verification of full task history, and fair compensation based on the originally communicated AHT and actual work performed.
I hope this matter is resolved fairly and transparently.
