I have used Oneflare several times now and have always found a contractor who was suitable for the particular job we needed. The most recent time was 18th January 2026 and we found a plumber who promptly came out, quoted and did our job on a Sunday at a very reasonable rate and finished in no time. Great service

I got a tiler out to work on my floors and initially the job went well and I filled out a review that everything was ok and he did a good job, but a couple weeks later the tiles became loose and I called him to come and look at it and he ignored my calls and I had no way to re-open the job and put in a complaint.

Tua rang to confirm his visit and arrived promptly. He cleaned the roof and gutters and took photos of several places where the roof was rusted. He tidied up the rubbish and cleaned the driveway. He was personable and efficient and completed the work for a reasonable price.

You provided us with an outstanding considerate tradesperson, who provided us with excellent results.

Good result quick and cheap

When I jump on oneflare website looking for a concreter I had two-three companies offering their services to help me. I decided to go with the most expensive one thinking they will provided better service and get the job done however it backfired. They offered to come out having two days available in the week and then cancelled, then they said they can do a Sunday...yep they cancelled again. If you come across a company called "Boucher's Construction" keep well away from them as they will tell you what you want to hear and then they let you down not once but twice.

Easy to access and even easier to get a job done

Once I organise what I require which was a painter , the messages were coming through within half an hour, I had everything organised by the end of the day and had the work completed on Thursday this week. Great stuff.😊👍 Oneflare are great 👍

This platform is terrible as a business/tradie. We get charged big coins to ''send a quote'' (in other words, access customers details). Half of the customers never reply, the other half request 5 if not 7 quotes now per job, and they might also use other platforms, and if they reply they'll tell you they just wanted to get an idea of the prices.

A reliable person who practively communicated to get the job done

Our experience using Oneflare was very rewarding. We were contacted by 5 different businesses interested in our decking job. They all provided detailed quotes for the job and were punctual when visiting the site. The firm that completed the task did the job to a very high standard.

Excellent and very experienced painters. Great attention to detail, thorough and professional results. They redid one section due to an unexpected situation in order to produce a first class result. Communication was prompt and informative. They saved time and money with their efficiency and extensive knowledge. Left paint for future touches ups and were very courteous and clean. A very pleasing experience and I’ll readily employ them again.
