I am writing this because of the excellent customer service we received from Angelo. He turned something that had been disappointing into a really positive experience.
We had not ordered from them before, so we’were looking forward to our delivery. DPD delivered it in a very poor state and as it turned out, had switched the boxes, removing the original packaging and there was a missing bottle of wine. When it arrived it was open and the contents were spoiled.
As soon as I contacted One Fine Dine, Angelo contacted me back, explained that their boxes are robust and branded and how it should have arrived with cooling blankets and layers of protection. He offered a full refund.
I am really impressed with Angelo’s quick, friendly and efficient help in investigating what happened and will definitely be ordering again from them again. He is a credit to the company and I was really grateful for the way he handled it.

It was expensive. It was worth it. I purchased 4 x set menu @ £65/Head. We had three courses. The instructions were clear. The timings perfect. My guests were very very impressed with each course. All I will say towards the negative is that I decided that the meal wouldn’t fill two of our four so I added in a fish soup with gruyère cheese and croutons and a lemon sorbet.
It is something I would definitely do again. Thank you to the team at One Fine Dine 🥰

The service was excellent from start to finish. The driver was so professional offering to deliver to my home, rather than my office/warehouse, to ensure the food was popped straight into the fridge.

The meal was a lot of fun to prepare. The birthday girl watched on whilst I, with my 2 sous chefs, conjured up a culinary delight. The food was excellent but the presentation was not up to par (due to the lack of skills on our part and nothing to do with One Fine Dine) – we certainly need more practise with the swirls and swooshes of the sauces!

I would definitely recommend One Fine Dine if you want to have a ‘special’ meal at home and don’t have the time, or the inclination, to cook yourself.

Opted for One Fine Dine for our Easter celebration!

Food was as good as the first with the Easter Mess a particularly amazing and topical desert.

The wow factor on these meals is through the roof!

This is brilliant, the food is awesome, it’s so simple to create stunning looking meals. I only wish I’d pretended I’d made them. I am a convert and can’t wait to order again....

Would order again but wouldn't select items that are dependant on the quality of the oven, such as beef wellington or hot chocolate fondant.

When it comes to home delivery, I found it very difficult to find one which is close to fine dining at the restaurant, especially where I live which is outside London. One Fine Dine was the best option I could get during lockdown. Well packaged and delicious food, with good instructions to prepare, it doesn’t replace the fine dining restaurant but was still a great experience.

Very impressed with both the quality of the food and the presentation. Recommended.

Prompt delivery and communication was great from purchase to door.

We were really happy with this service. The food was delicious and couldn’t be easier to heat and serve up. The instructions were clear with easy steps to follow so the meals looked very professional.

The only gripe I had was that I’d ordered it for my husband as a surprise lockdown 50th meal and had been reassured that the delivery would be made when I was there to receive it, not my husband. However, it was delivered at a completely different time of day to my neighbour (as I was at work still) and my husband tried to collect it later that day. Thankfully, she used her brain and called me first and she didn’t give it to him, thinking it might be a surprise.

Apart from that, I was very impressed with the whole experience and would definitely use this service again.

Highly recommend. Last minute order day before. Excellent customer service calling back immediately to confirm delivery time. Food well packaged and the instructions on how to assemble very easy to follow. We had the canapes, balik salmon started and roasted pineapple with panna cotta. It was all lovely. The only reason we didn't get a main is that it was for my husband's birthday and he really loves monk fish which wasn't available. Only feedback would be that a wider range of puddings would be appreciated. Also it would be nice to have some idea of what canapes you were getting.

Delicious food which was easy enough to heat up and plate by following the instructions.
This was a special treat as we couldn't go out, with our children acting as waiters. My husband said the whole experience meant it was one of the the best meals he'd ever had.

Great service and the food is just superb!! It does not replace a restaurant experience, but it is way worth it for a special occasion
