The trainer Mr Micheal used very simple english to help us understand the hard to understand terms that exist in blockchain technology. A case in point is that i now understand and can differentiate the consensus mechanisms well unlike before!Extremely proud of my self for having attended the training. Sessions were also very interactive which made learning very easy! Besides i liked the fact that they were brief; Micheal really kept it brief strictly one hour which allowed many of us to do other tbings. This is rare and i liked it because adult learning must not be prolonged as concentration span of adult learners is very minute given our lie roles and responsibilities. The trainer must therefore find ways to ensure that he has the full attention of the class through a number of things of which i believe time keeping and being brief are very key to drive adult learning interms of concentration.
