Southampton office: Very easy to book the test online. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Vivian was the phlebotomist, she was excellent, sorted out some add on bloods I required. Very efficient in explaining everything and professional in taking the blood tests. Highly recommended and I will be using them again.

Would like to thank the lovely lady for finding a vein first time which helped me get over a needle phobia that has been caused by difficulty in finding one. The results came very quickly and were able to help me in making decisions regarding medication. I will be going back in future rather than waiting to get an appointment weeks away with the nhs

I needed a full set of blood tests. I went to the centre as a non booked patient and was seen almost immediately. The phlebotomist, Vivian, was excellent introduced herself, went through the procedure with me and I never felt the needle going in or out at all. The results were received the second day early morning. I am definitely going to book for three months time as I need to look at my bloods as a trend. Would highly recommend.

A brilliant experience from end to end. I had a substantially raised PSA level and Dr Chris recommended a further test rather than waiting for the 60 day NHS follow up. It was very reassuring to get my test results back in the time stated and reduction in my PSA count by 66%. Every man needs to check his PSA regularly - there is no reason not to!

Very good and well

I made a booking and was able to arrange an appointment at a venue less than an hour away on the very same day and with any number of time slots available. I was attended to immediately even though I was a little early for my appointment and I was on my way back home within a quarter of an hour.
I was told that my results would be available within 3 days and in fact I received them after only 2 days.
