One Day tests were extremely professional and quick to respond to email questions, and the service received once the appointment was booked was equally good. Quick efficient, turnaround of results exactly as promised. I also requested some additional forms and invoices in specific formats that was arranged and provided with no hassle. Highly recommended.

The taking of blood was great and the turn around time for receiving results was good too. Where it was let down when results where sent to me by email. The pdf was sent password protected but the password was sent in the same email, not very secure

Hello Tom. Glad that we got results to you on time and within your expectations. The protection of the pdf is a requirement for future distribution of the document. It's meant to protect it on it's onward journey. Not on the journey to you. For example if you save it on your hard drive. In fact the pincodes are in your Health Dashboard anyway, as they should be. Sorry you decided that this is worth minus two stars, but this is not something we are planning on changing.
