Excellent service! Easy online booking system.. had a blood test at 1pm and got the results by the evening!

Very efficient service, was amazed at how quickly my results came back. This was really helpful as was able to speak to my doctor about what next in rapid time! Everyone I met was respectful and explained what was happening Thank you

The actual medical experience, i.e. the test procedure, the blood draw, the test report, and the doctor consultation were all five stars.

The only negative I experienced was the online booking app which was tricky to use and required multiple efforts.

We arrived early and were fitted in straight away
Dominika did a great, painless job - she is clearly very experienced
My only issue is the parking - the road is all residents only. We managed to get the one disabled bay (much needed) but it would have been a nightmare otherwise

I recently had a private blood test and couldn’t be happier with the service. Monique was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I’m not great with needles and have a history of passing out during blood tests, but she immediately put me at ease with her calm, reassuring manner.

The whole process was quick and professional—I genuinely didn’t even feel the needle go in, and it was over within seconds. Dominika made what is usually a stressful experience completely comfortable.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone, especially if you’re nervous about blood tests. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

Very quick and easy, went in for an appointment and had the results the same day. The phlebotomist was very friendly and efficient. Not cheap, but if you don't want to wait around to get a test done on the NHS (which your GP may refuse to order anyway), then it's a great alternative.

I was really nervous as I find it difficult to have injections, often needing more than one attempt to get a successful blood sample. The phlebotomist, Sophie was very kind and patient with me. She explained the options clearly and made it easy for me to relax enough to get the samples needed. Would def go back. 10/10

I accompanied someone for a blood test and on a whim I decided to have the 71 marker screening done. I had missed out on my ‘turning 60’ NHS checkup due to Covid and so now, at 65, I am getting niggles and aches which are starting to worry me. The results were back in hours. Of the 9 areas tested, 5 show that I have issues which need to be monitored or action taken. I am concerned that there are statistics which need to be addressed but at least I have a starting point in order to make significant and timely lifestyle changes.

Booking was easy. I had a reminder a day before of my appointment. The phlebotomist explained everything what she was going to do after checking my details. She was very thorough and professional. My results came through that night via email. Very good service.

Very useful service when you just want to check something medically without waiting for a GP to agree to it.
