Straightforward, professional process with excellent responsiveness and great customer service
The whole process was easy. The phlebotomist (Heather) was lovely and welcoming, very professional, and took time to answer any questions I had about the process. The results came through quickly and were easily accessible. I did have a problem with the online dashboard which I reported and I got a quick response to say the issue had been solved. The follow up GP session was good. Overall well worthwhile and good value for money.

More than some human GP ( or specialist ) in terms of the relevent information covering any area, examples of possible diagnoses and clear guidances to the further examinations.
