One Day Tests were amazing! A completely professional experience from beginning to end and my results came in incredibly fast with clear explanations. I've never had such a detailed blood test from my doctor and it highlighted some areas to address.

My blood test appointment was easy to arrange without any waiting time. The appointment was dealt with on time by Jenny, the phlebotomist, who was efficient and caring.

Good. The at home test didn’t work for me, but when I went in person the experience was very good and efficient. I got all the results the next day.

The whole service from beginning to end was an absolute disgrace. I ordered my tests and they were sent to the wrong address. Someone contacted me on Facebook asking if this was my name and was it my parcel I said yes and it has been sent to the wrong so I had to contact the company to send me another test which took even longer after I done my tests. The results were too hard to read so I booked the GP appointment online on Zoom which I was waiting for 25 minutes for a GP to talk to me and it was a no-show. I have emailed and had no response. The whole Service is an absolute disgrace. I will not be recommending to anyone they’ve even sent me feedback surveys which I have told them how disgusting this Services and I would not recommend this service to anyone. I’ve paid money for a disgusting service. I have asked for a full refund but had no response from anyone. Please don’t use this Service it is absolute rubbish.

One Day Tests has been a great service. Their range of tests is huge and getting them done is quick and convenient. I opted for a phlebotonist to draw my blood which was painless and over in seconds.
Throughout the process of booking, testing and getting results back every step has been clearly explained through emails and by the phlebotonist. Everything has been carried out within the timescales described on One Day Tests website. Communications via emails have been clear and helpful.
My results came through as they were ready, so I haven't had to wait until the last one is completed to see each test result. They are sent by secure password protected files and are also available on my personal dashboard on One Day Tests website along with loads of helpful information against each test.
I can highly recommend this service and will happily use them again in the future.

Was so comforting to get such a quick answer to a concern. Whole process was clear, professional and friendly.

The location was easy to find and had parking available.
The lady who took my blood was very friendly and informative.
The results said 1-2 days not including weekends but I still received my results the following day on a Saturday.

This is a very convenient easy to access service.
I have familial raised cholesterol and family history of late onset diabetes. So I need to keep an eye on these. The clinic is within walking distance of my home and booking is easy.
Jenny, the phlebotomist, was kindness itself as I have suffered with needle phobia since after a failed blood donation.
I followed up the results with a consultation with their GP who was very helpful.
I highly recommend the service.

An excellent experience. This was the second time I used OneDayTests and I am very pleased with how the second batch of results were inputted into my personal dashboard to compare against last year's results. Jenny the Phlebotomist at Cheltenham was lovely. All round excellent experience.

From the lovely phlebotomist who took the bloods in Cheltenham to the speed of the results. Everything was perfect and I would not hesitate to use them again.
