One Day Tests - Bristol Reviews 

This was my second time of using One day Tests. This time I used the Bristol clinic.
Once again I had no wait for my appointment and all the results were back within 24 hours.

It was great to see the charts showing the effect of the supplements I had tried since the first set of tests.
Will definitely carry on using this company

Very good experience and great service. Staff really friendly and helpful. Waiting time for the test very quick and satisfying.

Easy to book. I then had to cancel and change the date, which was easy to do. Super quick experience doing the blood test itself and then got the results the next day, with the final ones the day after that. The data supplied is excellent, but interpreting them and what actions you need to take isn't easy, so I used AI's help, which provided an excellent summary and action plan. I will definitely be getting 6 monthly tests done to track my progress.

Selected my blood tests online with some assistance from online chat. Booked appointment on line and paid using my card.
I was send a brief health questionnaire and told my test results would be through in one to three days. Two came through next day and the third on day 2. Excellent professional
Staff receptionist and phlebotomist

I chanced upon the clinic in clifdon in Bristol, the phlebotomist was so kind, she fitted me in at the last minute and was happy to chat and offer her expertise. The clinic itself was was beautiful, calm and clean. Test results arrived in the timeframe given.

I had the Ultimate Women’s Health Test with One Day Tests along with an online GP consultation. The whole process was smooth, quick, and professional. My results were delivered promptly, and the GP explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Overall, a very reassuring and efficient service that I would recommend.

First time using a private company for blood tests. Extremely professional and quick results. 36hrs from posting to receiving my results. Pretty impressive and knocks spots off the nhs.

Excellent clinic in Bristol.

Booked an appointment at the Bristol clinic in the morning. The phlebotomist during my appointment was very professional and very reassuring. She drew my blood and felt no sting or pain whatsoever. She explained how everything works and when to expect my test results. My bloods got posted on the same day, and got delivered to the laboratory next working day. Even though my blood was referred to a different laboratory, I received my results much earlier than the posted turnaround times, which is great! Excellent service. Very clean place. I highly recommend One Day Tests!

Very professional experience at the clinic. Results were returned very quickly and came in a detailed and clear report. I felt that I had taken back control of my health as my GP would not send me for blood tests. Would use One Day Tests again and have recommended to numerous friends.

Avoid!! Incorrect results! Awful customer service!
Booking and blood draw was ok. Results came quickly. Sadly the results were incorrect, was left worrying, so paid for another private testing and it came back normal, had GP to double check that for me and yet again normal. No apology given, except received an email stating: "We do follow strict CQC guidelines in order to process your results and we are a UKAS accredited laboratory" followed by nasty comment where they used my personal information against me. Very unprofessional service. Shocking. Stick to Medichecks, they are reliable and have an excellent customer service and if ever tests come back inconclusive etc. they always retest for free.
