Honorable, Loyal and true. (late review I forgot I wanted to do this)
They made me jump through some hoops a little for my first cash out, frustrating kyc and even temporarily shutdown my ability to play on their site for a day or two due to the documentation I used for ID being welfare related... That was a little rude, but they have to take action if they think someone is causing potential self destructive harm via gambling. however I hadn't deposited yet and it was a no deposit code. That downfall aside, they came through in the end uplifted my block from their casino and paid out 250 NZD to me after I made a 20 dollar deposit for banking verification puposes. Thats pretty awesome of them, many other casinos would leave you hanging til you give up or go mental at them. Even more so on a no-deposit win such as mine.
I have cashed out since then too and pending right now on one. So they also haven't hindered my chances.
This gives me reason to give them 5 stars for being loyal to their customers. HUGE in this business.
A little dissapointment in the free spins offered as they 9/10 give less than a dollar in most cases I get 10 cents or nothing.
But that's just a small thing I honor their loyalty and respect to customers far to much to care about the small bonus of free spins.

After requesting a withdrawal, my funds were delayed without any clear explanation or meaningful update. Subsequently, my account was closed without prior notice.
When I contacted customer support, I was informed that account closure is permitted under their terms and conditions at their discretion. However, no specific reason was provided in relation to my account or my funds.
