Outstanding customer service from OneAndes, especially Jean. My order of Reliance RS50 21700 batteries was marked delivered, but it never reached me. Jean got the carrier's delivery photos, which showed the driver had left the box on the ground in an entryway. She agreed it was the carrier's mistake, filed a formal claim, and followed up with the logistics company for almost two weeks. She kept me updated the whole time without me having to chase anyone. Once the claim was approved, she arranged a replacement shipment to my new address right away. She was patient, honest, and genuinely helpful, and I'd absolutely buy from OneAndes again.

I really had a hard time finding the correct size of a solar battery . I ordered myself at first with no help and I ended up getting the wrong size battery . After contacting the company I was guided in the right direction. I did have a lot of questions and they were always answered in a timely manner. The customer support team could not have been anymore understanding . I highly recommend them to everyone for their battery needs .
