If i could give zero Stars to One Agency Woy Woy i would. Most unprofessional Rude people ever.
Sarah Terrill was super rude to me at open house for rental. Now Every time i apply she refuses to give me the code . Cause i put her in line when she was rude. Her Boss JOEL is as bad as her . He ignores my calls and refused to give me a code. Dont bother with these nasty people.
This is regarding the rental section of this agency.
So my friend attended a viewing for a rental property managed by this particular real estate. The property administrator, Sarah Terrill, was rude and abrupt. My friend stood up to her. The result? My friend has been blacklisted. No code will be provided to submit an online application at subsequent property viewings. She can't even receive their weekly email rental listings. A recent application was rejected very very quickly (if you get my drift).
So know this - if they take a dislike to you for whatever reason you will find yourself blacklisted.
And landlords - you may not be receiving every application that is submitted because Sarah Terrill is on a power trip. You may be paying for additional property viewings & advertising when you don't have to when a tenant was already available.
