Terrible customer services. The plug melted (!?!) and I had no response despite all this happening within the 12 month warranty period.

Terrible delivery times. I ordered on 1st of April. It took 3 weeks until parcel showed up in the tracking tool. Then 10 day from Hong Kong to Netherlands. It then went to Germany, back to Netherlands, until it finally arrived in Switzerland. Total time for order till delivery: 1.5 month.
I wanted to return one of the two products that I ordered because it didn't fullfil the advertised features. Their return policy states that you can send it back only within 30 days after order... what a joke... it took 45 days to be delivered... and by the way... you have to pay the shipping cost back to Hong Kong by yourself... that's CHF 53.00 or EUR 50.00... nearly the same amount as the price of the product.
That was my first and last order with OneAdaptr

Great adapter can charge many devices and it’s easy to select plug required. Unlike other devices the charging light, whilst bright, doesn’t glare.

Ordered the one world adaptor following review in the FT. Arrived, and initially was working fine. It's now been 1 month and the product has ceased to work and no one from the company has bothered to come back to me. Avoid - seems like a scam.

Products haven’t arrived. Emails unanswered for ages. Finally someone replied and said that the product had been lost and they would send another immediately. Still hasn’t arrived.

Delivery was slow, but the item arrived on time. The adapter worked great.

Great device but I have a new Apple watch and a 1 year old iPad Pro that continuously turns on and off while charging. I have another iPad Pro and 2 iPhones that do not have this issue.
I contacted you over a week ago and still haven’t heard back from you about how to fix this issue.

Never arrived. Emails ignored.
Had to resort to contacting a man who knew a man to get things done.

My adapter failed on first use (In Nz). I've messaged them, and filled out there RMA form twice. No response. My experience with them is extremely poor, just getting the device after payment was made took convincing. I didn't receive any tracking info until I mentioned contacting my back to reverse payment. My advice, stay away.

bought the oneworld100 – it's the best charger I've used. I don't carry multiple plugs anymore - just this one – especially when I'm travelling. i love that it's all in one. and it charges fast!!!

The "Swiss Army Knife' of adapters. Exactly as described, well built, intuitive to use, tough yet small enough to carry. I travel a lot and it is by far the best adapter for travelling with multiple devices that I have come across. Easily run a 13" Macbook Pro, charge my iPhone and battery travel pack all at once through the day. Great for overnight charging of iPhones, iWatch and MacBook. it does have a small LED but it is a low output white glow so not intrusive in a darkened room. Tracked from purchase and delivered within a couple of days. Thank you

Adaptor is good but is not so much better ten others to warrant the price tag.

Though it took a while to arrive in the post (New Zealand, so a long way to go) it was worth it. Appears to be a well made. Looking forward to using it on the next trip.

I only need to carry one adapter to charge all my gadgets and it covers all the major world countries.

Bought a Onego. Bulky and heavy but a decent product. “Eligible for free shipping” but was charged pricey shipping. Contacted the company and no response. If anything goes wrong you’re in your own with zero customer service. Overall I’d avoid and find a reliable company

Great product, perfect design and so handy for mobile usage.
