My new gutters started to leak almost immediately and after two years they were leaking in three places. John agreed to come and assess as the roof and guttering is under a ten year guarantee. It’s now 7 months later and he’s not been near. I’ve contacted him by phone and email and had no response. I clearly asked if he would honour the ten year guarantee and he ignored me.

This company has been very efficient: they came the day after I called them, the price per number of days was clear, everything was put up quickly. Very happy with their service.

Don’t use this company they are brothers with one 9 roofing and they scam people out of
Money. They damage houses and leave it in a bad condition and prey on disabled people.
It has been 1 year and 6 months and they have not come back to finish the job or fix anything. Avoid this company feel free to reach out to me I have evidence

From fist contact nothing is left out. From request to looking at my property from a birds eye view (Google).
Discuss with me what I require, Promt reply with email and quote. I requested an additional platforms. Not a problem with a prompt reply. Scaffolding erected and dismantle promptly on termination of hire perperiod. After an email asking if I require an extension on the hire period..
I have recommended them to several local people.

After some parts of the roof recently installed by one9scaffolding failed , John has refused to take my calls to make it right, despite the roof having a Guarantee that they would gover the work

After a not great experience with a previous contractor John and his team ticked every box and restored my faith that there are professional contractors out there who can do a great job on time at a competetive price. I was 100% satisfied with service.

The scaffolding company worked with the roofers and were very well coordinated. The scaffolding went up quickly a couple of days before roofing work began and was taken down very efficiently the day after work was completed. Neighbours made no complaints about the work or contractors. In fact they commented on how professional they were. I felt no time was wasted paying for scaffolding beyond the time it was required.I am very satisfied.
