I've always had great experiences with One77. They have handled my last 2 mortgages - one for a new property and then a renewal. I've now also taken some life insurance and income protection with them. Dave, my advisor has also been very helpful, clear with everything he is offering & always goes out of his way to ensure that I'm getting the right product for my situation. He follows up when my mortgage fixed term is coming to an end so I always feel like I'm in good hands. Huge bonus is is that you get all these great services free of charge because they take their fee from the lender's side! And I did everything via phone and email - no need to rush around trying to find a suitable time for face to face meetings. Highly recommend!

Russell dealt with everything with applying for the mortgage and the process was very easy and painless I would strongly recommend these people in future applications.

At the beginning, One 77 Mortgages were really pleasant to deal with. However, it slowly went downhill. Being first time buyer's we didn't really have a lot of knowledge about the process but the man we were dealing with always seemed really rushed and I was told on the phone to be 'quick' with what I wanted to say. A few weeks in, I emailed and received an automated email back that our mortgage adviser had left One77 Mortgages, we didn't receive any other communication in regards to this. When we carried on the process with someone else, it seemed every bit of extra paperwork/information required from us was emailed over at about 4:30pm so was almost impossible to respond on the same day (even though we had made them aware it was very urgent). Despite all of this, we did get there in the end.
