This is the second time that I have used One 77 Mortgages and will continue to use them. The first time l used them they really helped get me the best deal for my exact requirements and got me out of a potential bind. This time l was really confused about the sort of mortgage l should get and after a short conversation with Dave he resolved my problem immediately.

I was very happy with One77's service. They were informative and friendly especially as first time buyer. One thing I would say is it helps to speak to only one contact at the organisation - being passed around between 3-4 people was a bit confusing at times. Apart from that it was great. Thank you!

Our advisor, Dave, spent hours on the phone with the mortgage provider to get us the best deal. Hours are not an exageration: he was put on hold and patiently waited it out. Definitely recommended.

Great service. Matched the mortgage to my needs for a short term fixed deal. Best rates for the type of mortgage I wanted. Beat my own bank. Stayed on top of the mortgage offer even when there were COVID delays in refreshing the offer after delays in the conveyancing process.

One 77 have provided us with phenomenal service. Being a business owner our case was a bit more complex and along with this, we have had a few houses fall through. However, at no time has any request become too much for One 77, they have taken everything in their stride. In particular, I would like to recommend Ayron who has provided impeccable service, I cannot fault him he is a real asset to the One 77 team. Our mortgage has been approved, we now just need to complete on the sale 😊

This is the second time I had dealings with One 77 Mortgages, as my 2-year fixed rate, which they also negotiated, was coming to an end. Before that, I was determined to look for mortgage deals myself – it looked easy and straightforward online. However, once you get over the initial stages online, the process becomes overly complicated and time consuming, and the eventual “deals” offered, become very different to what was advertised. Then a friend recommended One 77 and, I am not exaggerating, my life took a turn for the better. They are a real breath of fresh air in what seems to be today’s world of short cuts, depersonalised dealings, and frustrating phone calls. It felt as I’ve had a personal manager, who’s only job was to get me the best deal and save me substantial amount of money. And he did! Everything was hassle free, fully explained, clear, and non-intrusive. Dave Brown, who I dealt with throughout this time, even contacted me at a weekend, as the lender was unexpectedly increasing their rates, and he managed to lock the rate on Saturday so we could proceed with that offer on Monday. Amazing dedication. And it’s not cost me a penny, they charge the lender. If you want to be absolutely certain that you are aware of the best deal out there for your mortgage, and you want a hassle-free, pleasant process and a guaranteed result, I really cannot recommend this company strongly enough.

We can't recommend One 77 enough. It was a bit of a slog getting our mortgage due to one thing and another, and Katie and Kate were positive throughout and worked tirelessly to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. They kept in contact with any updates as soon as they arrived. Would absolutely use them again.
